This was a great location right off hwy 60. Convenient to places we wanted to go. However, the bathroom was terrible with an old shower/tub that didn't work well and an exhaust fan hook up to the light switch that sounded like the start of WWIII every time the switch was turned on. Property needs updating to make it comfortable.... More

I was in town for multiple interviews and needed an affordable place to stay with a central location to the interviews. The staff was very friendly upon my very late arrival. The room was basic, but had a nice mini kitchen area. The hotel offers pots/pans & utensils if needed. Everything seemed well cleaned. The bed/bedding was not the most... More

EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. They room super clean. PROBLEM: no toiletries at all, just a very drying hand soap. If you needed dishes, you have to go to the front desk and request them. Who wants to go down the lonely hallway, in your pj's lets say at 1am, if you... More

To start out I will say I have stayed here 2 separate times. The first time was about 7 months ago and it was a complete nightmare. The staff was rude and were far from being accommodating! The room wasn't the cleanest and we had plumbing and AC issues! This being said I swore I would never stay here again.... More

Rooms were clean. Front desk staff fantastic, remembered our names. Small kitchenette that works if only staying for a few days. Wi-Fi available. Cupboards have necessary needs to cook a small meal. Beds acceptable. Great location.

The location is in a great location; across from a massage spa, jamba juice, starbucks, a drive down to several food chains, restaurants. Less than a mile drive to the hwy, but the STAFF, the staff including management lilian and attendant takishi were ridiculously a mess. According to the male guest service, this extended stay/homestead policy is to only have... More

This hotel was my first experience with an extended stay facility. I was pleased with the staff (except two younger guys who primarily worked evenings) as they tried very hard to accomodate us. We had plumbing issues at the start, but they took care of those very quickly. We had some power outages and our a/c went out, but they... More

Thank you so much for staying with us. I'm disappointed to hear that we were unable to accommodate you with all that was promised during your reservation process. Please accept my apologies for the unfortunate issues during your visit. I will investigate further into the misinformation with our central reservations and corporate office. I really appreciate your bringing these issues... More

My first experience with this hotel location will unfortunately be my last. The staff was friendly enough to deal with and was always fairly courteous... but there were several things about my visit that left me not wanting to return. First, the photos of the room depicted a table in the "kitchen area" that had chairs for two people. This... More

If you are in a bind and don't care about where you sleep, then stay. Its cheap and you get what you pay for. Other than that, I would not recommend for families to stay until after the renovation. I tried to give the place the benefit of the doubt because it was super cheap and nearby, but there were... More

We needed a place that was convenient to a family member that had just been placed in an assisted living facility and this was only about 1 1/2 miles away. The bed was great and we had a little kitchenette which helped us with some of our meals. To our surprise, they had coffee and granola bars and muffins and... More
