Pool was under construction and they had assured me when i booked the room, there was a pool. The staff couldn't have been nicer. We were able to swim at a nearby hotel, staff brought us drinks at the pool, offered to buy pizza for dinner, discounted the room and had breakfast ready at 5 am the staff couldn't have... More

Clean room & professional staff. Ice machine was broken on 3rd floor & had to go to 1st floor to get ice. Good hot breakfast. Close to shopping, restaurants & easy freeway access. I'll consider staying here in future.

It started at check in. I was told I would have a first floor room due to an inability to walk long distances. When we got there, the only room available was upstairs and the furthest it could possibly be from the elevator. I had to unload my motorized cart at night just to get to my room; and Christina,... We had a week long stay here in the kingsize-bed suite. It comes with a kitchenette which has a sink, microwave, full sized fridge, and a range oven. The fridge stayed cold, the oven got hot, the stovetop worked as did the microwave. Because our stay was over 4 days, we also requested dishes which includes plates, bowls, forks, knives,... More

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. My check in days were March 26-28 2015. I have waited a week to write this in hopes that my disappointment would lessen ( IT HAS NOT!!) First off, I booked four rooms through Priceline, the hotel was the quality inn on Southern ave. in Mesa. From the... More

Would not honor the online price advertised! We were told by the Management Karen that the new employee wasn't trained right yet she would not honor the 30.00 difference and she didn't care. Dirty, rude employees!! Do not go here!!

Worst "hotel" I've ever stayed at. The rooms are disgusting, the housekeepers rude and can't even speak english. Someone needs to deport them and hire some actual residents. The staff is terrible all are nasty and horrid girls who need to get theirs. The place was the worst experience of my life, I'd rather stay in a prison cell than... More

Moving is always stressful, especially when it is your 82 year old mother in law driving from Mesa, AZ to Port Ludlow, WA. It was made worse by this hotel. My husband and mother arrived at the hotel at 3:00 pm, The reservation was in my name, which is different than my husbands. The General Manager refused to let them... More

The hotel has a very clean exterior property and felt safe. The location is ideal for several local favorites. The interior is a little 70's style but by far the best part about this place was the staff and Becca in particular. She checked me in with no issue and all with a smile on her face while obviously stressed.... More

If I could give this hotel a lower rating, I would. They are famously inadequate in all areas of hospitality. K***n, who claims to be a manager, is the type of employee who apologizes for the hotel's many shortcomings in a tone that clearly conveys her disdain for interacting with hotel guests. The hotel is too cheap to buy enough... More
