We were welcomed with open arms by friends and neighbors. We came to visit for a week and bought a unit on the last day of our stay. This is a 5-star resort with classes in computers, music, spanish, ukelalies, and more, clubs for bocce ball, tennis, golf and more. Live music by the pool every day of the season... More

a good place to stay, We stayed for two months. Great little restaurant, bar, pool and snooker room. Lots to do! A very nice canal system to the east for walking. They should not advertise Free WiFi, as it is non existent from your site and sporadic from the Center buildings. They do a great job of generating reasons why... More

The park is beautiful, we could only stay for two months would love more time. All the guests are so friendly and the activities are massive (concerts, pickle ball, bocce ball, wood shop and beautiful clean pools) and much more. Our small dog loved the new dog park and became very socialized with other dogs large and small. We will... More

We are staying at Mesa Regal until March 1. Park has a lot of activities but we are learning that sinvecwe are first time visitors that long time residents are set in their ways and most don't welcome new people. We really considered coming back next year but that is off of the table. Too many people 80÷ in age... More

Love this resort... beautiful buildings and grounds that are clean and well-maintained. Staff is friendly and numerous activities keep you as busy as you wish. Excellent location for RVers who don't have a vehicle. We can walk or bike to most goods and services. Two bus lines run on E. Main Street if you want to travel to Downtown Mesa... More

We stayed at Mesa Regal in November 2013 and loved it. Although we only stayed for 10 days it was very enjoyable. The pools are quite warm and enjoyable to be in. If you want to swim laps there is a lap pool for this. The bathrooms are very nice and make you feel like you are in a spa.... More

We have been staying here 4 times, and we have enjoyed it every time. This place is clean and tidy. It's a mixture of Park Model homes and Rv's, and we have always felt welcome (this is not always the case on RV sites when RVers "intrude" on the more permanent residents). Facilities are very good - nice pools, bars... More

It's too bad a few called Mesa Regal "seedy". You should probably go to a 5 star motel and be with others of your own "class". If you're so hung up on great Wi-Fi, go to a coffee shop. We came for the first time last winter after hearing about it for at least 7 years from my sister-in-law. We... More

This was our first year at Mesa Regal and we love it. People are so friendly. Staff is always available to chat and welcome your ideas. There are so many activities that if you are bored It is your own fault. Grocery stores are close by. There is kinds of shopping close and good restaurants as well. Need a haircut?... More

We researched a lot of RV resorts in Arizona for our first planned winter away from the snow and cold. We finally decided on Mesa Regal and boy or boy were we pleased. We stayed from December 1st, 2013 to March 30th 2014 and we were really pleased. The Resort has 2200 plus sites, many of which were 'park models'.... More
