The online service didn't report the right Room type I reserved, but the hotel was helpful and corrected this issue. I would consider this a low budget hotel in a good location, close to attractions. All asociates were very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. I made my reservation through despegar. My Room was what they call an "appart Room" ,... More

Amenities -- LOVED the rooftop pool and terrace, had a couple lovely afternoons by the pool, late evenings sipping wine on the terrace. While small, the pool was refreshingly cool and usually quiet. Sitting area/terrace below -- and indoors. Great place for morning coffee. Small workout room, we should have used it -- but got our miles in walking around... More

This is a good choice of appart-hotel. It is central, clean, has many amenities including a small swimming pool on the roof. Breakfast is a buffet with fruits, yoghurts, cereals, breads and croissants, and even ham, cheese and scrambled eggs. The room assigned to us smelled of tobacco smoke so we asked for a change. We were told smoking is... More

This is not a new hotel and was concerned it would have a musty smell or the carpets were dirty, something that I particularly dislike from hotels but I was pleasantly surprised. We stayed at an updated suite that had a full kitchen with fridge, microwave, table and chairs as well as a small living room with a flat screen... More

Nice and helpfull staff, good location, supermarket nearby, the hotel is about 8 blocks from the riverside. There is a rooftopterrace with sundeck and swimmingpool on the 12th floor. Neg: design of bathroom, small and unlogical. The kitchenette is actual only a sink, a small fridge and a microwave. No watercooker, you have to use the microwave to make hot water... More

My husband was working in Rosario from mid-August until the end of October 2009 and we seized the opportunity to take our three kids (7, 2, and 3 months) on an extended adventure. We didn't really know what to expect at the Urquiza, or Argentina for that matter, but really felt at home there. The staff was extremely accomodating and... More

We stayed at the Urquiza Apart Hotel from mid MAR10 through to end of APR10 - almost 5 weeks - with a 5 and 8 year old. The Urquiza Apart Hotel is in an excellent location in Rosario. The main shopping pedestrian mall is 3 blocks away, there are plenty of restaurants as well as supermarkets, fruit stalls and bakeries... More

In Rosario always we stop at this apart-hotel because we think it's the best. Very good service, nice, clean, good food, friendly, not very expensive &the best: near to every thing. Year after year they have something new.

My fiance and I were excited to stay at the Urquiza. I'm familiar with Rosario, the city I went to college. My fiance and I were visiting Rosario for the first time together, and wanted a special experience. We were looking for "the best" hotel in Rosario, in a central location, to indulge in a little pampering for one night.... More

If you are a traveler from the USA or Europe, it is advisable to remember that a four star hotel in Argentina often resembles a good three star hotel in the US or Europe. The Urquiza Apart Hotel is rated as four stars, but so are the Howard Johnson's and the Holiday Inn in Rosario. Bearing this in mind, and... More
