This is a jewel in San Ignacio! The facilities were very clean, although basic, and the owners did everything to help us be comfortable. We were there in winter so our room needed a space heater. The owners allowed us to use the dining room for our own snacks and some card-playing. Breakfast was bread and butter with good coffee... More

This hostel is simple but extremely clean and unbelievable value for money. We payed £28 for a single AND a double room per night. We stayed for one night and slept in a Bavarian Lodge (double room). Very basic setup but clean and comfortable if a bit hot in the Argentinian summer. Bathroom also very small and basic but clean. I stayed at this small hotel in November '07. It is very reasonably priced. My recollection is that it only cost 30 pesos for a single.
