My friends and I stayed at this hotel as part of a trip to Iguazu Falls (purchased through Say Hueque tours). It was so cozy and comfortable, good wifi, good food in the Italian Restaurant, La Toscana. The pool was fantastic after a long day walking around Iguazu Falls. The breakfast was big. The bar made drinks with freshly squoze... More

This is a decent hotel in Puerto Iguazu and is very good value for money. The rooms are a bit dated but are clean enough, the same applies to the bathrooms. The pool area is beautiful, really picturesque and a nice place to relax after being at the park. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really... More

I wouldn't recommend it for the following reasons (1) The room they gave me didn't have a window! It was like a cave, the only window it had was on the corridor! (2) There are chairs and a table in the corridor, and you can hear people chatting, and cant sleep (3) The curtains allow LOTS of light into the... More

This is a decent little hotel in the small town of Puerto Iguazu. Its best feature is a small pool and garden behind the main lobby. We found this area lovely and a nice place to relax, read a book and even take a nap in the sun. The rooms themselves are just OK, with quirky, unevenly matched construction (different... More

The best thing about this hotel is the inside courtyard including a swimming pools, sitting area and lots of flower and plants. A quiet retreat from a lot of walking and touring around. The rooms were small, and dark. To be generous, I will call them 'quaint'. They take care to provide the room with towels that are exceptionally soft.... More

Typical example of a hotel who has forgotten the most important is their client and what service means. Very unhelpful and prepotent staff, just interested in getting out as much cash as possible from you. Room was dark and dingy, smelling so strongly of humidity I had to get out to breathe and leave the door open for some time..... More

The hotel is situatet littel outside of the city and is quiet. There is a nice garden with a pool. The Garden is well-groomed , but the pool was kind of dirty. No way to swim in there as only half of it is deep enough. The rooms are big, and clean. The beds are in a good shape and... More

Our service at the actual hotel was totally fine. The room was very basic and about what we expected for the price. I'd say it's about the equivalent of a Motel 6 in the US. The restaurant, however, was terrible. Our friend we were traveling with found something odd in her food and the waiter and manager both argued with... More

No luxury but just all you need Very friendly people Not pushing for anything like dining at the hotel even though the Toscana Resto is great. Helpful desk Well chosen partners for transports and excursions while still not pushing : "but if you want you can manage by yourself it's cheaper and I can give you all directions" Nice pool... We were travelling as a group of 4 and this hotel had a quadruple room. They also give a 10% discount for cash payment on arrival. The hotel has an inviting entrance foyer, a beautifully kept garden with a small, but nice, swimming pool; a great place to relax after walking around all day at the Iguazu falls. Rooms were... More
