We spent 3 nights her including New Year's Eve and day. We arrived just after a bad storm, which had knocked down trees and power lines all over town. Many hotels were without power, but this on had a generator and everything was working. The grounds are very pretty, and we had a nice view from our room. It was... More

This hotel is located very well. It is a walk distance from centre, but surrounded by rainforest. You can even see the Iguazu river from the swimming pool. The beds are comfortable and the staff helpful. However the site needs urgently repair. It should have been a very nice place but you can notice everywhere that there are lack of... More

The hotel is set in pleasant grounds on the edge of Puerto Iguazu, a 15 minute walk from the town centre. It is also justa short walk from the Tres Fronteras viewing point from which one can look across the river to Paraguay and Brazil. Rooms are basic but fine. Ditto breakfast. We found it a good base for our... More

We stayed for 3 nights, our room was on the top floor with the balcony overlooking the river with the brazilian jungle on the other side. Was very noisy on Saturday and Sunday morning when locals park there cars by the river at around 5.00 am and play loud music. Location is overlooking the 2 rivers where argentina, Brazil and... Service is excellent. We stayed in the individual bungalows which is right across the street from the main hotel building, but the staff drove us and our luggage to our room and also picked us up upon check-out. The rooms come with a security alarm and privately gated area. The location is great, right across the street from the bus... More

I honestly can't say this is a four star. This is just an above average Hotel. Whilst the meals are just the regular ham, eggs and cheese with fruit and pastries, the gardens are attractive, and the rooms were not that uplifting. A little spruce up would be in order. However, it's still a place to bed down for the night.

We stayed in one of the lodges which are just a short walk across the road from the hotel. The lodges were in a lovely setting, very quiet and peaceful with banana trees. They also had their own infinity pool which was very nice and quiet, we never saw anyone else there. The staff were very friendly and helpful and... More

We spent three days in early June 2014. Nice lobby, swimming pool and grounds. But once you get into the elevator, you'll see a hotel that has seen better days. It needs to be updated and painted. Room had a good size, it had a bed, a TV, a big chair a night table, a very small table, and that's... More

My boyfriend and I went into this hotel with very low expectations, but were extremely pleased! The lobby is beautiful, and the restaurant had a great included breakfast. We also ate there one night for dinner. It was a buffet and excellent! The hotel is outside of town, but an easy walk in, which we did the other night for... More

Broken lock on door to balcony with access to outside. Took to long to fix. No towels. Hard bed. No explanation re colour of water, bad taste so we had to drink their expensive bottled water. But the dining experience was simply woeful. Inedible meat with replacement dish not much better, then room service meal took 1 1/2 hours to... More
