I honestly can't say this is a four star. This is just an above average Hotel. Whilst the meals are just the regular ham, eggs and cheese with fruit and pastries, the gardens are attractive, and the rooms were not that uplifting. A little spruce up would be in order. However, it's still a place to bed down for the night.

We stayed in one of the lodges which are just a short walk across the road from the hotel. The lodges were in a lovely setting, very quiet and peaceful with banana trees. They also had their own infinity pool which was very nice and quiet, we never saw anyone else there. The staff were very friendly and helpful and... More

We spent three days in early June 2014. Nice lobby, swimming pool and grounds. But once you get into the elevator, you'll see a hotel that has seen better days. It needs to be updated and painted. Room had a good size, it had a bed, a TV, a big chair a night table, a very small table, and that's... More

My boyfriend and I went into this hotel with very low expectations, but were extremely pleased! The lobby is beautiful, and the restaurant had a great included breakfast. We also ate there one night for dinner. It was a buffet and excellent! The hotel is outside of town, but an easy walk in, which we did the other night for... More

Broken lock on door to balcony with access to outside. Took to long to fix. No towels. Hard bed. No explanation re colour of water, bad taste so we had to drink their expensive bottled water. But the dining experience was simply woeful. Inedible meat with replacement dish not much better, then room service meal took 1 1/2 hours to... More

This hotel is 10-15 minutes walk from the small town of Puerto Iguazu, which has money changer, supermarket and some restaurant. You either walk that length, or take a public bus or take a cab to the town. The hotel is quite big and has a swimming pool. Receptionist was helpful. During rainy days, where you dont feel like going... More

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights back in January. It has lovely picturesque grounds, but disappointed with the rooms. Very basic, hard beds and in need of updating. No Wi fi in the rooms only lobby. We ordered room service on the first night and they got the order wrong! Had to wait for ages before it... More

We stayed 2 nights, couldn't quite find our way around because we were always at the hotel at night time so we felt safer having the hotel buffet which was excellent both evenings. As they don't have wine by the half bottle, they offer to keep your bottle until the next meal if needed ,but we ended up finishing the... More

Nicely maintained property on picturesque gronds, located just down the road from the "tres fronteras" marker and within walking distance to the center of town. The rooms are good sized and the buffet breakfast was quite good. As others have remarked, there is a bus stop across the street that will take gou to the entrance to the Iguazu National... More

Set in tropical gardens with river views, if you get one of the rooms facing it, the hotel offers a pleasant enough stay in a good location. We were very disappointed to learn that on our arrival the room we had selected was unavailable. We had booked through Last Minute specifically for a room with views of the river and... More
