Good central location next to the bus station, nice extensive breakfast and the swimming pool area is very nice. However the rooms are old and the whole hotel in need of redecoration (and refurbishment). eg. carpeted floors is something that you might expect to find in a northern city, not a subtropical paradise. The hotel is situated near the town center, in front of the main bus station, it's useful. The room was spacious but the furnitures are a bit old. The staff at the reception is mixed, some were helpful, others not. The restaurant is ok. There is a swimming pool and a jaccuzi but they were a bit dirty, probably due... More

In December, we spent 3 days and 2 nights in Puerto Iguazu. Even though our main focus was visiting the famous Cataratas (waterfalls) - which was simply spectacular, our stay at this hotel was also enjoyable and relaxing. We found the staff very helpful and accommodating. In summary, the room was clean and comfortable, the pool area relaxing, and the... More

We had visited Iguassu Falls before, staying at the Brazilian side of the falls, in the city of Foz do Iguacu. This time, I decided to stay in the Argentinean side of the falls, in the little town of Puerto Iguazu, and didn’t regret it at all. The city is much smaller than the one on the Brazilian side, but... More

If you're looking for a mid-range hotel, quiet comfortable rooms with a charming helpful staff then stay here when you visit Puerto Iguazu. It's smaller and not 5 star but that's part of it's charm. I enjoyed the peaceful pool area and the fact that I could walk across the street to pick up the bus to the falls. I... More

This hotel is an awesome location... Just a block from some of the best restaurants in town (we loved Aqva and Color) and the bus to the park is just across the street. But our room was a bit shabby and it's annoying that we couldn't control the air conditioner... It was either on full blast and freezing cold or... More

This place has helpful staff and the location is pretty good - you are close to some nice restaurants. Our room was a bit on the smelly side and right now there is a heap of building work going on next door, but I would still recommend staying here. The breakfast is fine, the pool area nice to relax around... More

This hotel is in a great location! The bus station to Iguazu falls is right down the street. It is also right around the corner from Aqva (amazing restaurant) and Creamlotta (delicious ice cream shop). After reading the reviews warning of the hostel rennovation, we e-mailed the hotel several times to make sure we weren't put in a hostel room.... More

The busstation where you can take busses to both the Argentinian and the Brasilian siide of the falls is across the street. The staff is very well informed and gives... More

If one cannot or does not want to stay at the Sheraton, then this is the best option. It is right in the center of town, walking to many restaurants, super markets etc, opposite the bus station, 20 minutes to the Falls or the airport. It is an older hotel but maintaine din good order. We had a reservation for... More
