Stayed here because is recommended in Lonely Planet and were fairly disappointed. It's not awful but very bland, not v friendly, no hot or even warm water in the shower and the includwd breakfast was shockingly bad. Easy hostel. We turned up with no booking and got a dorm room. Lockers provided for security, relatively clean for a hostel, but then again, you're staying in a hostel.
