although we had a road facing one and it didn't really bother us… considering the river/swimming pool fronting rooms can be loud because of functions, e.g. weddings and small children screaming at pool… same goes with rooms facing the indoor yard/restaurant… rooms were super spacious… uberbig beds (fantastic)… and got a five star feeling although i would not count it... Stayed here for three nights while at the falls. Minuses: Very noisy on our first night with live music in the restaurant area, breakfast very unimpressive, food in both restaurants was below average (although probably average by general Argentinian standards based on our experience), long walk to town, expensive. Pluses: Great view of the rivers and the three countries from... More

Nice view from the river facing rooms, but a very noisy hotel. We had to be moved twice on our 2 day stay. Both times due to noise and the awful smells in the room that had carpet. The food is distinctly average, chips served cold. Would not recommended, if you have to, take ear plugs!

We stayed in this hotel for two nights while visiting the famous falls. It is beautiful- the rooms were large with decent bathrooms and a balcony. Some of the rooms face the river and have views of the three countries but ours didn't. The hotel has a wonderful pool bar area and is within walking distance to restaurants in town... More

As others have mentioned there is a major design flaw in this hotel: All rooms are based around a central atrium which echoes with noise all day. The rooms are badly soundproofed, meaning diners in the restaurant may as well be in your room - particularly disturbing when there is live music in the evenings. This is a big, soulless... More

The pool is great and it looks special but the rooms are below the Holiday Inn standard. There are no hangers for towels, no suitecase racks and very very plain. It is well used from carpet to furniture. It is fine for a day or so but not as you would expect. Our room overlooks the front driveway on the... More

Elegant and accommodating, with fabulous views of two other countries from your balcony, overlooking a huge and gigantic swimming pool and the river. Staff are well trained, multi-lingual, and eager to assist and please. Room was immaculate, well appointed, and a pleasure to occupy. Plus the view was incomparable. Restaurant was iffy - some dishes were divine, others were so-so,... More

This hotel is in a beautiful location - surrounded by jungle with an amazing view of the river. There are lots of nice places to sit and look at the views and I particularly like the beautiful, huge amethysts in the lounges. Bedroom is a good size and the beds are comfortable. Staff are helpful and thoughtful. However! It. Is.... More

Very well located hotel with a tremendous sight to Brazil and Paraguay; nearby one can go walking around the Argentinian river coast road which is by all means very recommendable. Facilities and amenities are also good and the hotel interior design is beautiful. The most remarkable attribute that I highlight is the good service of the personnel as well as... More
