My wife and I (Canadians) were not sure what to expect and were very pleasantly surprised and impressed by this very unique hotel. Our upper room overlooked the attractive common garden, a walled and secure retreat that is a world removed from the local surroundings on the outskirts of town (though the significantly more rustic town centre is an easy... We stayed for two nights in this lovely hotel, and it was worth every pesos. The staff is friendly and professional, the food in restaurant was excellent. Thank you for making our stay in Iguazu memorable.

Interesting stay, its a bit off the beaten track, and you feel like you are staying in the rainforest. Especially when you wake up with several insect bites! (we did use repellant)The staff were helpful and friendly, but the facilities were average, we tried to use the hot-tub twice but it was broken. Food was good, but expensive compared with... More

We spent three nights here. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They booked all of our transfers for very reasonable prices. The hotel is beautiful. Great pool. The whole compound feels very relaxing. Breakfast was amazing. Also, very good wifi signal.

We stayed here 2 nights in April and were pleased with our stay. The first night was spent in a luxury room which was OK, apart from local building noise and a faulty shower. On the second night we were upgraded to the Dolce Vita suite which more than compensated for the first night problems. We ate in the restaurant... More

Hotel felt like a small oasis so quiet so tranquil. We were allocated the Dolcevita suite on arrival although had only booked a standard room. We stayed two nights. Lovely pool.hot tub and courtyard with fountains. restaurant exquisite and of Michelin star standard. The meal was divine. Note restaurant not open Sundays. Yes we would certainly come back again. We fully agree with this qualification. We had a standard room which is very small , dark and only 1 small wardrobe not enough to put the clothes , . Many mosquitos, in and outside. Very noicy roof, when things from the trees fall on it, it does with a lot of noise which makes you wake up during your... More

This was a strange, incongruous place. It has a five star restaurant and three star accommodation. The rooms are each individual stone cabins. Ours was one big room with a double bed, fridge and en-suite. All were fine and adequate and clean. The main issue is the high level of vegetation and water. There are many fountains and ornamental ponds... More

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for only one night, but was very impressed with it and the service I received. The grounds are lush and lovely and the rooms are spacious and clean. Each room is like a separate bungalow. The breakfast is not a buffet, but made to order from a somewhat limited selection. The... More

Stayed here 2 nights in total, one night whilst we visited the falls, which were magnificent and one night after staying at a fabulous ecolodge called yacutinga. Really enjoyed our stay at de la fonte- clean room, great staff, good location and a fabulous restaurant on site. Would recommend this small boutique hotel without hesitation.
