Our Third visit to the Sheraton and Iguazu and still breath taking. Truly one of the Wonders of the World. The Hotel is very comfortable and has the most spectacular view of the Waterfalls and easy walking access to the Argentinian side of the falls. Sadly on this visit the walkway to the Devil's throat had been washed away but... More

Sheraton Iguazu is located right inside the park. It was a fantastic way to spend a short time in Iguazu. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the perfect way to start off a day full of food to walk off in the park. The hotel is quite old and the rooms are small compared to what you might expect when... More

The hotel provides what you need to survive but let's face it you've come to SEE Iguazú falls so just stay here where you can see them well into the evening from your room after the park is closed. Given there are no other similar options, you'd really have to be on a tight budget to come all this way... More

If you are on a tight budget, find out whether all the walks in the park are accessible / open on the Argentinian side. Do not expect a microwave or a kettle with complementary coffee and tea in the room. There is only a bar fridge. Staying in town would be the cheaper option. The interior of the room in... More

I have now stayed at both the Sheraton Iguazu and the Das Cataratas on the Brazilian side. There is no doubt that the Sheraton has the best view of the Falls - especially from the lobby. If you want to see the Falls from your room you have to get a Falls View room. The rooms and bathrooms are small... More

It has been several years since a friend and I visited the Sheraton at Iguazu Falls, but after reminiscing with my friend over the trip yesterday I thought I would return to write a review of the hotel. We had a superb stay at the Sheraton, though sadly, it was only for one night. We were to fly in from... More

My partner stayed in this hotel and celebrated his birthday there. Since I couldn't be there, I wrote the hotel reservation manager to see if they could organize a present in his room. They responded immediately and offered me a long list of possible gifts / attentions. It was also no problem at all to print out a birthday note... More

The location really could not be better. We'd been treated to a stay here on an otherwise budget trip and a room with a falls view does exactly what it says on the tin. The falls are pretty chaotic with tourists during the day but if you are at the Sheraton you have access to the park before anyone else... More

Return trip to Iguazu after four years. The Sheraton has had several upgrades since our last visit. Rooms are comfortable, clean and the view out over the falls priceless. You can leave your balcony door open at night while listening to the thundering of the falls, watching the Tucans find shelter; just be careful with the monkeys. The breakfast at... More

The hotel is inside the national park and the easy walking trail provides access to one of the world's most impressive waterfalls. The falls are actually very hard to describe; they are breathtaking. Many rooms have a view of one of the more dramatic falls among the whole chain of falls called "devil's throat". These rooms are a little more... More
