My travel agent suggested staying at the Sheraton because of its location, virtually at the water falls and within the National Park. I am so glad that I took that advice, it was a fantastic location and the experience starting with the helpful and informative driver who collected us at the airport through the various Resort staff and through to... Let’s first start with the positive points; the staff was very helpful allowing us an earlier check-in. The front-desk staff and concierge were very efficient in all our requests. Our room was good with a nice balcony and a great view towards the fall. The swimming pool look very inviting but regretfully we did not bring our swimming gear. Now... More

Staying in the park provides a unique opportunity to see the Iguazu Falls. The rooms are rather small. If you are luck enough to stay in a room with a door to an adjacent one and the neighbors are noisy then your stay will not be as pleasant as it should. The food at the restaurant is pretty good but... More

Too bad this is the only hotel in the park. Staying in the park was wonderful, but I expected more from an International Sheraton. When the waiters finally decided to wait on a single female, they spoke no English, food was bland, internet service was terrible, and I couldn't even find an English tv chanel. Do not waste money on... More

Hotel: Average, but you already knew that.... The rooms are 3 star - and that is being kind - but hey, they were extremely clean and well maintained. The balcony overlooking the falls is why you are here, and it delivers. Location: EVERYTHING. Ultimately, you are reading Tripadvisor to see if you wish to spend the dollars to stay here... More

A very mediocre hotel set in a perfect location. Enjoying a glass of chilled crisp torrentes in the hot summer weather on the balcony looking at the waterfall is priceless. The chance to visit the falls when it was not so crowded, late evening or morning, was also fantastic. The hotel was mediocre in most areas. It was rather poorly... More

I am not going to repeat facts that others already wrote. Yes, sheraton is in good location, and it's very easy to walk to take a look at mighty falls before herds of tourists (you can head out at 0800, while others will get there at 0900). If you could, recommend you to buy load of drinks, and snacks in... More

I would definitely recommend Sheraton Iguazu because of the perfect location. Everything else is secondary. Rooms were nice and renovated. However we had around 8 (short) power breakdowns on one evening. Also the internet was sometimes not working or very slowly. For the indoor pool you have to pay 280 Pesos (currently around 30 USD) for 30minutes. Thats not was... More

This hotel is ideal if you have a short amount of time in Iguazu. You are also able to visit the falls early in the morning before other tourists arrive. Great pool and great view from the balcony if you get a falls view room, which I would definitely recommend. The rooms themselves however are tired looking. I had a... More

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience. Location of the hotel is fantastic. We managed to firstly walk around all points in the national park, headed back to hotel for a rest, and then got to the speedboat after get changed. The hotel itself needs bit more refurbishment considering it's price. If the... More
