The lobby smells of cigarettes. They downgraded our room because they didn't have any rooms left at the rate we pre-paid. The beds are old, gross and feels like a motel. My husband and I stayed 2 nights at Huentala hotel. It was a good experience. The hotel is not really close to the attractions (such as restaurants etc).
