The hotel is in need of an update, [which they appear to have underway]. The a/c was intermittent, the rooms quite small and noisy. Be sure to bring ear plugs. The staff was pleasant, but not used to dealing with foreign tourists, I had the feeling that they were largely a small convention hotel catering to the local area. Breakfast... More

upon arrival there we at least 50 people in the lobby all trying to check in with only one desk clerk. The desk manager stood and watched but made no attempt to greet people or help. There is no door man an no bell hop. The rooms are deperatly in need of refurbishing, the furniture is tired and the beds... More

We stayed at this hotel during our last visit to Mendoza. The hotel staff was excellent every time we encountered them. I would recommend the Aconcagua for a convenient, close, affordable and comfortable stay in the Mendoza city area.

Once one of the best hotels in Mendoza. For us it was perfect for the price we payed. Very polite and helpful staff. Good location. Nice atmosphere, good breakfast. Nice, clean and comfortable room. Swimming pool and fitness center. Beautiful view from 7th floor. What more can you ask for. We loved the five nights we stayed here. They earn the... More

I Have seen some badly reports on trip advisor due to non working elevators, terrible odour in the rooms, poverty breakfast, small parking place in the garage. All of this is far from the reality today. The rooms are newly renovated in a European style. Very comfortable beds and a little bit to cold with the AC on. The elevators... More

I'm not sure why this hotel has had such mixed reviews recently, we booked there because of the location and price but the hotel was of a really good standard. Our room was on the top floor and had a great view over the swimming pool and the mountains. The room itself was very modern with aircon and new TV.... More

Everything seems a little over used! The shower is very weak, not enough water. The wifi is slow! The room could be a little bigger, two people and two bags makes the room seems crowded.. The breakfast is good for argentinian style. The location is great. Walking distance to the main restaurants and bars. This hotel has everything to be... More

Before sleeping in a tent for more than a week up in the Mountain we stayed at the hyatt. Wonderful 5 stars hotel. When we arrived from the andes we stayed here. Bad service, terrible air condition, tiny bedrooms. Overalk this 4 star hotel should descend to 3 stars... room 809

It came as a surprise to us that we were going to stay here as part of our Aconcagua expedition. Our travel agency had chosen the hotel even though two years ago the NH Cordillera had been wonderful. Internet sucks in the rooms. It was okay in the 3rd floor hallway after rebooting the hotel's wifi access points on the... More

The hotel is in a good location with a five minute walk of plenty of nice restaurants. The main commercial area is a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel is decent value for money but is very tired in many places. The pool is a big plus although the water and sunbeds were rather dirty at times and we had... More
