We were so disappointed in the Aconcagua that we completely forfeited (nil refund) two nights fully paid (in $USD) accomodation to move to another hotel. The biggest issue was the ventilation in the bathroom - it seemed anytime a guest anywhere in the hotel used their toilet, the odour made its way into our bathroom & eventually, into our bedroom.... more

Rooms are bathrooms are relatively small and the desk staff is not really friendly. Seems as no renovation has been performed since 1978 ... Definitely not a 4 stars hotel but quite decent for the price. more
