Very clean rooms, Nice service. We stayed here for 3 nights and dont understand some of the bad reviews. Centrum is 20 minutes walking, busstation about 7 minutes. We dont feel unsafe here. We enjoyed our short stay at the Chimbas. Our room was fantastic, clean and quiet. The kitchen was fantastic, well stocked and equipped. It is a little out of town, but Claudio was very helpful with directions and it is a short bus ride into Mendoza central. The bus ride was just part of the adventure.
