Arrived off overnight bus to a night full or loud music, singing, and arguing until 830 am. No prior warning. Bathrooms were fairly dirty and no separate showers. Showers were right next to sink and toilet. Lots of cigarette smoke inside and near kitchen facilities. You can find better for price. Or better for less expensive

The hostel has friendly staff and they are always ready to help with any questions, but this is a very run down old flat, that has been turned into a hostel. Very friendly staff but the hostel isn't up to scratch. It feels more like a rundown student flat. As I say, though, very friendly staff, and when people are friendly you are at least halfway there.
