This place had it's day in 50's. It's in desperate need of a remodel/refurbishment. Open space under the door, no stopper in the rusty sink, no water softening, roof in disrepair, etc. The best you might say it's extremely rustic. The worst was the odor, which all but kept us awake at night. We think they sprayed something to try... More

It's a classical movie like American place. Great location with a Native American touch. Could have been a Wild West experience stay if it were not for a very very strong smell of the airco while it's working... We stayed one night... Was counting down hours till morning. It was very hot outside and the room was full of very... More

We rented a chalet / Lodge. I think they have 8 of them, a litte in the back behind the gas station. It had a porch with an incredible view on the mountain riffs. The house was large and spacious ( living room and 2 bedrooms with each a double and a single bed ), but a but old and... More

We stayed in one of the apartments and it was terrible. There were rodents running around in the apartment during the night. The furniture and carpet should have been thrown away 30 years ago. Our friends stayed in the motel rooms and they were cleaner and not as run-down.

We stayed here the evening before a Western River 6 day trip in the Canyon. We got in late, and they were accommodating for us. The place was somewhat dated, but clean and serviceable. We were 2 couples, and we stayed in one of the apartments, with a cold fridge and hot showers. I would certainly recommend this place for... More

We stayed at the Marble Canyon Lodge before and after our rafting trip. Before we had a typical hotel room which needed serious updating but was adequate. After the only room available was a two bedroom apartment which also needed updating and a thorough cleaning. Their restaurant has burned and was being rebuilt and so they had a temporary restaurant... More

We stayed here after a hike down the Paria River canyon. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, bath and shower worked. Checkin at the gas station was quick and pleasant. When we asked for an extra blanket it was delivered quickly. Our room was on the courtyard/parking lot. The trees provided shade and a nice place to sit outside... More

We were a party of 6 on a vacation centered around day hiking. There isn't much to choose from if you are in the area.We reserved an apartment/cabin with two bedrooms with two double beds each and 2 baths. The kitchen had basic utensils but if you are planning on doing a lot of cooking, I'd suggest bringing your own... More

This was the beginning point of our 6-day Colorado River rafting trip. I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here, but being what it is and where it is located, it's a decent option. Check in is at the gas station next door. Don't expect a smile with your service and don't expect any speed with the service.... More

Me and my wife visited the lodge on are way to the Grand Canyon. We found the rooms clean and nice looking if you would like 1980 deco but there was no COFFEE facilities unless you go to the restaurant........... The restaurant was old and looked liked a school cafeteria but the food was ok.... and came quite quickly. The... More
