Firstly, I understand this is not an expensive hotel and is practically in the middle of nowhere, but even so... Place is in a general state of disrepair with many half hearted attempts to fix things (badly). Bedding seemed clean, although beds are harder than desert rocks. All the power outlets in the room were worn and unable to accommodate... More

My room could have done with a lick of paint and a few minor repairs, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was very good. I heard they were opening a new restaurant, I hope it has lots of windows to take advantage of the views. The location was superb and... More

surprisingly comfortable for an outdated motel. Great shower, albeit there was hair in it when I checked in and bed comfortable. Food in restaurant not very good though. Close to road so there's noise of cars and trucks. Good location for Lees Ferry.

I planned on leaving Las Vegas, heading north into Utah, and taking 89A into AZ & Grand Canyon. I had reserved this room as a great stopping off point, and to just recharge. It did not disappoint. Staff was friendly, food was pretty good (better than expected) and overall, it is as advertised.... A great spot to rest, visit Navajo... More

Price was most reasonable, bed comfortable. Watch it in the shower though, can be slippery. Not realizing the room had a small kitchenette, I did not bring coffee to brew. If you stay there, you need to bring your own. Also, if you like larger size towels - bring those along too.

I had one of the standard rooms for two nights. It was clean, the (double) bed was very comfortable, the location is quiet, there are shaded grounds. Guests should be aware of no phone, no microwave, no refrigerator. The only maintenance "problem" was the missing towel rack in the bath/shower room (one of the brackets was gone). i was charged... This is a basic motel that is clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a high end spot this is not for you - but if you need a place to stay while enjoying Lee's Ferry, Navajo Bridge etc then this is a good option. The staff are very kind and helped our large group enjoy a comfortable stay.

A simple, no frills room. No amenities other than a small bar of soap. No shampoo, hair dryer, in-room coffee, or others things. The electric baseboard heater clicked all night long. The best thing I can say is that it was adequate. Be careful if you have a dog. There were two vicious pit bulls roaming freely and they severely... More

This is a road side motel that is clean enough and beds are ok with a well stocked gas station next door. One major downside is the hot water only lasts about 5 minutes for the shower! It is the closest hotel to the launch for Lees Ferry fishing and is well priced. Down the road westbound is vermillion cliffs... More

The trip here in January 2015 will serve as a lesson to me, and hopefully other travellers, to do a bit of research when planning a trip to locations which tend to be isolated. There are only TWO hotels here, two restaurants and a gas station. One restaurant burned down recently and has been rebuilt but has not yet opened.... More
