Travelling with friends we had been recommended to Legardo Mitigo which we found an unusually good hotel. Very well decorated and very stylish. Good breakfast and good bar service, but of course no restaurant. Several good ones nearby so best of both worlds.

This hotel is fabulous. Everything you would expect from a hotel of its standard but what really made the difference were the staff who would go out of there way to make sure you had everything you needed nothing was too much for them, excellent customer service. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our one-night stay here. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, museums in the Palermo Soho area. Great service and staff and just a cool place without trying to be too cool or too trendy.

This small, elegant property offers a fine blend of high charm, comfort and excellent service. It offers rooms that combine a highly unusual mix of the best of the modern with a lovely sense of the past. We were continuously delighted. The location in the Palermo district is ideal.

We only stayed one night and it was incredible. We stayed in a superior room and the room was huge. Loved the deco of understated period Argentine furniture and traditional details. Service was top notch, breakfast was very good and overall cleaning was perfect. The location is great, just in the heart of Palermo and surrounded by very trendy shops... More

Legado Mitigo is simply a fabulous hotel, everything about it is fantastic! The location in Palermo, the building, the decoration our of a magazine, the amazingly professional staff & the themed rooms. As soon as you step in the hotel, everything seems to become so easy! We went there at the start & end of our trip in Argentina and... More

A small boutique hotel with great service and attention to detail-love it! It is in a funky area of BA called Palermo Soho. Nice breakfast buffet that is served until 11 AM. Rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable.

We stayed here for four night in mid-December whilst exploring Buenos Aires. There's not much to say beyond this is as close as it gets to the perfect hotel. Just the right size, an excellent location in a trendy and cool part of Palermo Soho, absolutely outstanding staff that made it feel more like we were staying with friends, excellent... More

Stayed only one night but it's in a great location, affordable, beautifully styled and worthwhile. Helped chase down our lost suitcase so we are grateful for that. Lovely lounge room. Walk to everything including great restaurant Don Julio.

Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
