Casa Bolivar is in the quiet part of San Telmo. Only a few blocks from the tourist street. We stayed here twice, and received a warm and personal welcome and service. Gabriel is a great guy !! This is a fantastic property which has been refurbished to the highest standards. However, the first night we were there the roof leaked in heavy rain.
