So we have just cleared customs at EZE after an all-night flight and are looking for the taxi we booked through La Casitas del San Telmo. Looking and waiting. Lots of drivers but no one with my name in the waiting area. I call the Casita. Someone answers and says it's not the right number, call the taxi number. The taxi number I'm given says call another number or call back in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we've hired our own cab from the kiosk in the airport and are on our way. In a way, that introduction is about all you need to know about this little place.
Las Casita de San Telmo is a quaint and charming old home. The room we had was small, but the bed was comfy. We were there two nights only, but when we went to check out, the host Ana, confused us with another couple and wanted to charge us for a third night.
