Stopped at this hotel 5 years ago when it was hotel Axel. So decided to stop again because it was close to everything Florida! Casa Rosa! Basically everything you need to see, and this time we walked everywhere... Well worth the money...

They have a simple but good breakfast, it can get repetitive if you're staying for a long period of time. The staff is nice and always willing to help whenever they are needed. The pool area is great although the pool is not very clean. The gym is nice. The jacuzzi is old but it works fine. I would think... More

This was a great hotel to start a trip to Buenos Aires with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable enough, although the hotel could use a bit of sprucing up. Things I didn't like: The outdoor pool area is quite nice but it's surrounded by buildings so there's only sun during a shorter than normal window in... More

We didn't realise when booking that this is the previously closed Axle hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. We paid an excellent value rate and were given access to all the facilities. The spa facilities were lovely after a day exploring BA. The clientele are about 2/3 gay despite the change in ownership which... More

the BE hotel, formerly Axel hotel in Buenos Aires has a mainly gay clientele, which is great if your gay, like me, or gayfriendly! The hotel is a breath of modernity in this neighbourhood, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are modern and clean, but the best part is the spa/ pool on the top floor of the hotel,... More

This hotel has a good location, close to a subte (subway) line, next to supermarkets, bars and restaurants in San Telmo district. Calle Florida, Plaza de Mayo and other famous tourist places are at a fair walking distance if you appreciate doing that. The staff is warm and always willing to help. The structure is new and constantly being maintained.... More

My first experience of hotel employee on checking in was very positive. Hotel staff in all departments were very warm, polite, and very keen to help to resolve any issues. Good breakfast available every morning. I would not hesitate to stay again.

The hotel structure is amazing: great architecture and design. The location is ok. It seems to be dangerous at first, but we had no problem. We walked in the neighborhood at different times. We had a problem when we arrived: there was no hot water. For a hotel, this is indispensable. It´s the same as if you arrive in a... More

The street that this hotel is on isn't the prettiest of streets, but the minute you walk into the hotel it is quite cool with their use of building materials. All the staff are super friendly and most know some, if not fluent in, English. Breakfast isn't too bad, has the basics. The rooms are great, housekeeping are on the... More

I booked this hotel for the price and the four star rating. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The modern design with concrete floor was cold and uninviting. The rooms are tiny, not just small with concrete floor and nothing on the concrete walls. Spa shower was great, but that was it. No shower door and no where to... More
