Impeccably designed and restored classic building, Great service, a few blocks from Palermo Viejo and Soho. We stayed on in a room with a shared bathroom and loved it. They are on the top floor and open out to an amazing rooftop terrace with great views of the city. We couldn't believe the quality we got for the low price

We were very pleased with this hotel. The location was just a few blocks away from the Subte. The neighborhood had numerous shops and restaurants. he hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Lovely common areas including a roof deck. Our room was fine. Nothing fancy but better than we had expected for the price (around $60 USD/night including tax).

My husband and I are travelling on a modest budget, so on arrival, we couldn't believe we were at the right location. The interior is stunning: beautifully restored old building, high ceilings, marble staircases, antique mirrors... Clearly, the standard of rooms is variable, depending on spend. We were at the bottom end of the scale, so were escorted to the... More

It's a beautiful little hotel in a great walking neighbourhood. Loved the decor, Just charming. Friendly staff who are willing o give directions and manned the lobby bar for a late night drink. Little open air courtyard and a few sitting rooms. A rooftop space that's very comfortable. We enjoyed it for 7 days, clean and fresh every day. Friendly... More

We visited BA for 5 days and booked a double room with a shared bathroom (booking.com). We paid around 50 euros a night which is - according to us- good regarding the neighborhood. The room we got was small, but fine. No TV or what so ever, but we didn't need it because we were exploring the city. The terrace... More

We booked a room through Expedia and accidentally, booked 2 rooms. We had immediately emailed the owner to let him know that we overbooked. We had not heard from him so decided to get there early in the afternoon so that he could help us deal with this matter. Unfortunately, he was very arrogant and did not try to help... More

The Art Deco style is nice in the lobby area. However rooms vary a lot. We paid an extra $20 to get a lighter room with own bathroom. No breakfast. Staff v nice and made good restaurant and flamenco recommendation. Bathroom and room no intervening door. Although our room was nice several others didn't meet 3star. Some of Viego Palermo... More

I booked this hotel thinking it was going to be a decent stay since I was in BA for only 3 days before departing to Montevideo!! This should not even be called a hotel, it's more like a half star hostel! I booked what was supposedly a nice room with a double bed. When I get to the hotel they... More

Room- The rooms are NOTHING like they look in the pictures. They had dirty cement floors and I felt like we were practically outside. The beds and linens were hard and uncomfortable. Furthermore, the "white" towels in the room were so dirty they were grey. Staff- the staff was bizarrely rude. I'm not sure if it was just to us... More
