This hotel started off great, but after some experience and a 6 day stay, the truth came out. First of all, the hotel did not live up to the website and the room that they are showing there is definately not the room that you will get. The hotel looks interesting on the website. However, I would rate it as a 1 to 2 Star mini hotel. The customer service has alot to improve. Some managers are rude and condescending. They limit the use of the "free services". The WiFi is password protected and sometimes they "forget" the password. The street (Tucuman) is not the cleanest street.... more
