Not so trendy, neither clean, staff weren't great nor friendly at all. The room was uncleaned when we got to our honeymoon, the bath was just used, and the air condition didn't work. more
Really comfortable beds, good size rooms, great design and friendly staff. Only downside is an unsecured internet connection.... although free and good quality, this would not allow me to connect to work via a VPN. In response to this review, we tell our guests in advance that the elevator is quite small and we help them with the luggage. About this review we should ask if NORMAL means DISSAPOINTING. Rooms are minimum 35 square mts large and it is the only hotel in the area that has the room separated from the living room. This place is NOT what it looks like on the website! The lobby may fool you but once upstairs, you feel like you are in a hostel! Inresponse to this review, there are only 5 rooms on each floor, they are very private and quiet floors (as difference form a hostel) Curtains had not blood, they were unfortunately stained with perfume (maids spray perfume in the room and sometimes the fabric get stained) of course they do not do it anymore at short distance. We spent a week at the Soho all Suites in November. We booked the smallest suite but were upgraded to a suite with a balcony. The room was spacious, 2 rooms with a door dividing them. We stayed here for a 4 nights in September . huge room at a great price . Excellent location . Staff were friendly enough and the breakfast had a great fruit salad. Free wifi was available in the rooms and on the pc in the lobby . Definitely recommend more
I have to be frank that the location of the hotel is quite ideal if one is looking for a young and active concept of BA. The rooms are not stunning but quite enough. It is not a true boutique hotel, but it is also not simply a glorified bed and breakfast... However -- and I noticed one or two... more
Regarding this comment, we should mention that the guest checked out , left luggage in storage, and later return to pick up this luggage. He returned to the hotel mentioning he did not find the blackberry , which he has taken with him during his walk after his check out. We offered him to look into his (ex ) room...
