Great location in Recoleta. The Onze is a beautiful house -- but the owners need to give it some serious TLC to make it a comfortable stay (like air conditioning in the lobby and sala to start with!) Very friendly front desk staff especially Jazmin.

We stayed here for two nights with our two young children and loved the spaciousness of the room, bathroom and we even had a dressing room! The breakfast was great, particularly the large bowl of fresh fruit, and the breakfast room itself was lovely. The staff were very helpful and the location was great.

Great location, nice big rooms, amazing helpful staff! Our room was above the 4th floor up a spiral staircase...soothing colors, needed reading lights & bathroom brighter lights. Good breakfasts in grand fabulous room with an outside terrace to enjoy the city. The bonus of the Onze is the staff..very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. Would stay here again..

My husband and I recently stayed at the Onze; overall I would score the rooms well. The bathrooms are super big and quite modern. Breakfasts were good but not very imaginative; the staff were wonderful young people all willing to help at any time. The drawback for me was street noise.

Overall, my stay at Onze Boutique Hotel was very nice. It is located at Recoleta, a hot spot of Buenos Aires. It is near great BsAs avenues, being in a strategic location, being easy to pick up a cab or subway, even walking by its charming streets. Only a few points were not good but not compromise the hotel, just... More

Had a great last part of our trip here. Really great service, the staff helped with everything and anything we needed. Our room was huge! Big comfy bed, big bathroom, and giant walk in closet. Best hotel breakfast on the trip, amazing spread. The main room is on the third floor, and you can go outside and relax on the... More

Very warm rooms over 5 floors, large enough and suitable bathrooms. Little balcony on the 2nd floor provides great location for well-served breakfasts. The sound of the elevator starter could be annoying for some people in the ultimate floor rooms.

What a bad experince!!!! We stayed in this Hotel for 2 nights, once at the begining of the trip and once at the end. The first night we stayed, we got a room on the ground floor, with no airconditioner or window, there is a smal window that opens to a wall but does not allow any air to come... More

My daughter stayed a 2 nights at end of our trip and based our choice on recommendations on Trip Advisor. Yes, staff are exceptionally helpful. However, we were in room 11 which looks nothing like the photos! It is a cramped room in the attic and we could just walk around the bed and there was barely room for the... More

The service at this hotel is amazing! All the employees went out of their way to help us enjoy our week in Buenos Aires. Not only did they have numerous suggestions for restaurants and activities, but they booked all our reservations and arranged transportation to and from the hotel. We also loved our room! Our standard room had a very... More

Staying in Recoleta

Neighborhood Profile
Characterized by the French-style mansions which are the legacy of its aristocratic past, Recoleta is the true “Paris of the South.” Walking around this neighborhood is an experience like no other in Buenos Aires: its streets are lined with elegant apartment buildings, exclusive boutiques, and former mansions turned into high-end hotels and embassies, which exude an alluring air of sophistication and class. You'll also find a rich cultural scene centered on the National Museum of Fine Arts, the National Library, and the Recoleta Cultural Center; as well as some great shopping spots, like the Buenos Aires Design Mall with an artists' fair set up in Plaza Francia every weekend.
