Ariel was very helpful every step of the way, whether reviewing our plans and itineraries, or suggesting things we had not considered. He is direct and sincere. Helped us out of a bind when our travel plans suddenly changed. Room was great, breakfast good, and we would stay here again the next time we travel to BA.
