So here i try Hyatt again and, again staff look exactly the same as in other Hyatt hotels and avarage staff age must be 25. Staff is very friendly and do their best to help but if you come her you do so for all the different areas such as the bar, restaurants, garden etc.. The gym and pool are... more

Fabulous Hotel in a wonderful place. Every thing was perfect in the room. Centrally located with walking distance to Recolata mail mall and the famous cemetery. I would prefer to eat out than in the hotel. There are wonderful restaurants around this area. However the Cigar room is good with some good cuben ones. more

The service is marvelous and attentive beyond description. We stayed in the Palace building the first wekend in a "standard" room that was anything but standard. The huge, windowed bathroom, with separate rain shower, is one of the best I've encountered. On the second stay, we went to the restaurante at palace cheff Guy Duhau was amazing. . After taking... more

This hotel is in a quieter location than the Four Seasons which is close to a highway and it matches it for quality. Good spa with large pool and gym. Good sized room in the new building which is fine because it looks on the gardens and the original Palace which is stunning. The area feels like a smart district... more

We stayed here for a week and feel we found the perfect retreat in the middle of a swirling city. Our garden view accommodations were spacious and luxuriously comfortable. The service was impeccable and the concierge desk most helpful. On occasion the hotel staff performed beyond expectations. The central garden was a delight for outdoor dining or just relaxing. The... more

My husband and I went to Buenos Aires for a couple of days. The city is fabulous, the food is delicious, the wines are fantastic. But the best part of our visit was by far the hotel. The service was outstanding from the bellman, to the front desk clerks to the housekeepers. Make sure you plan you trip so you... more

We stayed in both the Four Seasons Hotel (which is probably its main competition) and this hotel and this hotel was far superior in every way (service, rooms, amenities etc) minus one thing and that is what other people have commented on - no outdoor pool, however there is so much to see in the city you don't come here... more

My 3rd stay at the Hyatt in Buenos Aires, ideally located in the Recoleta district. Although pricey at $600 a night (IVA included) its location and services are worth it. Rooms are large, spacious, modern and clean while the staff could not do more for you, almost to the point of being (nicely) annoying. All the sights ini the area... more

Palacio Duhau is a wonderful hotel, maybe the best in this amazing city. Its only competition would be The Four Seasons (but Duhau is in a better location) or Alvear Palace (which looks past its prime in my opinion). The service was excellent (young, hip people who speak English). The rooms were very comfortable (we got an upgrade). The pool... more

I have just returned from Buenos Aires, having stayed for 3 nights at the Palacio Duhau - Park Hyatt. I have traveled extensively in the last 10 years, and have now been to more than 20 countries, and I can honestly say that this is one of the very best properties I have booked! The hotel is gorgeous, clean, extremely... more
