The staff is excellent. They were attentive to every need. They gave me a room toward the back of the building. They stored and locked our luggage the day we arrived before check-in. I had room 405. The location of the hotel is great. It's downtown! So, it's easy to move around. You can easily take a bus or use the subway from there to other locations.
