The hotel is in a great neighborhood. The decor is original and gives the place an upbeat and comfortable feel. The breakfast is truly great and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and well designed. Great place.

We stayed at this unique hotel 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. It has a great location in a young & fashionable neighborhood. While walking in the neighborhood we found cool shops and large offer of restaurants and bars from all types and prices. The hotel stuff is very welcoming and pleased to help, they even guided us where we... More

Spent just one night in the room n.3 with the door into the internal garden. Not slept very much as there were several mosquitos and I didn't have any countermeasure with me. The night guardian tried to help with a burning spiral, but I was intoxicated by its smoke. Suggest to buy a spray by yourself before trying to sleep... More

The ooms are small in this 9 room B&B as are the flat cren TVs. That bing said, the bed was very comfortable, the a/c worked excellently, shower pressure/temperature was very good and he staff was exceedingly helpful. Loved the freshly squeezed orange juice and homemade yogurt at breakfast as well as muesli. There were no hot breakfast selections but... More

My Wife and I stayed at Solar Soler the first week in January. It's a very lovely hotel that resembles a large house. I believe they have 10 or so different rooms. Breakfast was very well appointed and I highly recommend the home-made yogurt. The staff was incredibly helpful in helping us plan out our daily activities. The room was... More

very helpful staff (especially the guy in the morning). Cosy B&B and common areas, excellent breakfast, nice comfy and clean room. Location is perfect in Palermo, close to parks and many restaurants and bars options closeby

We stayed 5 nights at Solar Soler in Palermo Hollywood area, with 2 breaks for a trip to Colonia and one to Salta. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly and helpful, Sebastian, Ernesto, Jessica, and there is a warm homelike atmostphere. Rooms are comfortable and clean but small. Bathroom was clean and adequate. Rooms on second floor have balcony... More

Our first stay was in their triple room which was very reasonably priced compared to other rooms that accommodate 3. It had a full size bathroom with bathtub and plenty of water pressure. This room had the best bathroom of our stay---and we stayed at the Sheraton a couple of nights. It is in a great neighborhood with lots of... More

Wow! We just loved this place.... fantastic location in one of the nicest areas of BA - Polermo Hollywood. The B&B is beautifully decorated in bright colours, very tastefully designed, with cute and quirky details, like knitted miniature cactus decorations, and wall stickers. The breakfast is amazing!!!!! Fresh breads, homemade yogurts, dulce de leche, jams, freshly made orange juice very... More

Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
