Stayed here for two nights when, due to flight schedules, my stay in Buenos Aires was extended. Moved here because it was half the price of my previous hotel. It ended up being nearly as nice. While the area within 2 blocks of the hotel is pretty dead, it's a short walk to Florida Street and other BA attractions. Friendly... More

Stayed with my wife for more than a week on a combined business-pleasure trip. We had an executive room, which included a very nice spa tub. The first couple of nights were difficult due to noise from the room above us at 3:30-4:30 am (the floors aren't carpeted, so it's easy for the noise to penetrate) and construction noise during... We were referred to this hotel by friends of ours who had been there a few years ago, and it had a fairly good rating on Trip Advisor. The location is very good - near Florida Street, and fairly close to the Pink Palace and the Teatro Colon. The room we got was called and Executive Suite, and it had... More

The hotel is pretty clean and the employees are nice and polited, but the rooms are too small as well the bathroom. The worst part is the noise and smell from air conditioned system. It seems like have no maintenance at all and the window doesn't open...

It was the worst experience we have never had before to stay this hotel becuase of the air-conditioner, watering on the floor and bed. We got the hotel at 5 am. It started to dropping water. We asked to come to our rooms to check up but never showed up until 9:30 am. We couldn't get sleep at all. We... More

Location is excellent if you want to be in this part of town. By night the area is not so cosy! The reception is efficient and polite. The rooms are very small, no place to decently leave two suitcases! The bathroom also very small, no privacy as if you open the blinds you stare right in the face of your... More

When you arrive, you'll see a nice reception, small but with a helpful and attentive staff. Rooms are not in a good shape, they need some regeneration. However, well cleaned and, at least mine, roomy. Breakfest, unfortunately was not very good, and price was quite ok for what you get. The highest point was location, excellent!

Stayed ten nights at the end of October into November. We booked through a 3rd party for several nights. Our initial room was quite small and located in front of the elevator, next to the laundry and a conference room. Staying in San Nicolas

Neighborhood Profile
San Nicolas
Immersed in the sound of honking horns and the footsteps of busy office workers, the Microcentro area of San Nicolás is where visitors will encounter the true hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires, walking down streets lined with office buildings and banks. The financial district is well-known for its vibrant atmosphere and unstoppable rhythm during office hours. After dark, the hubbub migrates to Corrientes Ave., where theater lovers might start their evening at a play and end it in one of the many traditional pizzerias nearby. During the day, Corrientes is known for its many bookshops and classic cafés, which are located just minutes away from some famous landmarks, like the Obelisco, Avenida 9 de Julio, and the Teatro Colon.
