OK, this block of Bartolome Mitre is scruffy; the sidewalks are fragmentary and the graffiti are ubiquitous. If that's a deal-breaker, stay in the Palermo district and spend more. What you get here is a gleaming interior with a fine atrium, marble floors, very helpful staff, good breakfast, and--for those willing to get around the city on the 4 subway... More

Hard to find a good position in BA being such a large city. This is in an area of microcentro and bein such a large area it is hard to move around. The hotel anyway is modern, clean and spacious. The staff service acceptable. Breakfast very abundant with large variety. Bathrooms decent

We have used this hotel as the B.A. base for our various trips within Argentina. Reasonably close to the domestic airport and the ferry terminal (for trips to Uruguay), the historic building is undergoing continuous improvements and renovations. Most of the rooms face a nicely designed inner court. Rooms are large and functional, however not all rooms have been upgraded.... More

We stayed here at the start and end of our Argentina holiday. Having stayed in several hotels in between we had a better idea of what the standard is for mid range hotels on our second visit. The rooms we had needed a refurbishment but they were spacious with high ceilings and we felt comfortable. Bathrooms were a bit old... More

I had already read a review advising about this kind of problem. So it happened to me my family and friends. We arrived at 23:00 more than 1 month advanced reservation and they told us they had our rooms flooded!!! Of course I could not believe it because some travellers passed by the same problem. Than I realized they commonly... More

Stayed here twice travelling to and from Antarctica. Rooms are comfortable, first room on 1st floor very new and clean. Room on the 3rd floor on the return journey not so new and needed a bit of TLC. Staff very friendly and helpful and public areas very comfortable. Breakfast what you would expect and ate in the evening a couple... More

Let me start by saying the rooms are quite nice and reasonably priced and the breakfast is decent. A down side to this location is that it is in a business district that is essentially shut down after 8pm. We were advised to take cabs, avoid walking in this neighborhood at night since we would be essentially alone. With that... More

My wife & I visited AR for 15 days from Nov 18. We had a chance to stay in Hotel Tribeca for at least 2 nights. The reception area and the mezzanine were fresh and renovated but the rooms seemed to show their age. The hotel must have been very luxurious a long time ago. We stayed in 2 different... More

Dear Guest, We really appreciatte for your review and for choosing us in your stay in Buenos Aires. We have four different kind of rooms and you surely stayed in our standard room that haven´t been refurbished in the last few years. However the AC should have worked correctly and the shower as well. We hope to have you as... More

I agree with MaicolGiordan's review that what you see is not what you get. The outside and communal areas in the hotel are beautiful - clearly recently renovated, modern and stylish. But there is a TV in the reception which flashes images of the rooms, and what we saw there did not match what we had in our room! From... More

Dear guest, We really appreciate your review. However, I would like to coment you something about our rooms. We have four different categories ( Standard, Superior, Deluxe, Deluxe Superior ). When you make the reservation, either on internet or at your travel agency, you can choose from one of those. Probably you booked a standard room, our lowest category but... More

perfect location, amaziing staff, very good room. We were 4 friends and were amazed by the personal attention of the staff: all our questions and requests (and we had a lot of those..) were answered in no-time and with freindly face. The location of the hotel is perfect for travelling in Buenos-Aires by foot. The hotel also offers very good... More
