Great location: able to walk everywhere. Stayed 5 nights and the front desk staff were extremely helpful. Had a very large quiet room with a terrific view over the city. Buffet breakfast was only average and the worst coffee I have ever tasted.

Not luxury, but a good cut above an economy hotel. Great central location.
Staff varried with shift but most were friendly and helpful to English-only speaking guests. Front desk accommodated our changing needs graciously and efficiently. They may have a better concierge than the one who was on duty when we needed him.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel pestana. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a comfortable room and bed on the 12 th floor with balcony. Breakfast was average. If I come again I would like to stay in recoleta because of the area - but this is a personal choice.

I stayed at this well-located, value-for-money hotel for 10 nights. The staff were friendly and service good. The rooms were slighty faded but clean and had a big wide bath. Stayed here for 2 nights on a brief stopover and coulnd´t have asked for better. The room was spacious with a great ensuite and the location really suited me as I walked to most places in the city. The staff are very attentive.
