Everything has declined since we last stayed here in 2007. Basic housekeeping and maintenance has been overlooked and there is an air of tattiness throughout the hotel, e.g. The bath in suite 713 has a peeling interior, the lifts have stain marks on the walls, room curtains do not close properly, flooring is lifting, the terrace on floor 9 outside... This is one of the best Hotels I have stayed at. Very nice people, great rooms. Overall I had a fantastic stay with my family. More

3rd times a charm. Finally...this was what we were looking for. Trendy, great location, clean, hip, excellent service.
