I stayed here with my family for one night on transit with my family to Santiago, Chile. The hotel has a good location and the staff were helpful enough but the room was in need of refurbishment and the table where the TV sat had all sorts of cables and plugs lying over the place which at first glance looked... Staff was not helpful at all. They did not know that we were coming although we had prepaid over the internet and they had no clue how long we were staying. The rooms were not clean and they had no room service.

I stayed during my business trip for several weeks in this hotel because of the location. A safe area with lots of good restaurants, bars and the Palermo park in walking distance. Hotel quality is standard, beds are not very comfortable. I had a standard room to the back to avoid noise from the street with a small balcony. Hotel... More

After a few less-than-desired hostel stays. I finally arrived at Maître. When the room with a thermal tub I researched wasn't given they moved me to one, when that didn't work, they moved me again! What a wonderful room ended up with! A private terrace, an open tub, away from street: ask for room #3 - book it!!! The service... More

Stayed two nights in this hotel before moving to Mendoza. Staff (especially Leonardo) were helpful and attentive. Rooms have modern furnishings. Not super fancy but nicer then expected for the price. Good location as well. Breakfast was a nice choice of croissants, kefir (yogurt in a glass) , fresh fruits and/or toast and cheese.Would stay here again

I can't speak highly enough of this hotel. If you are looking to spend time in Buenos Aires where you feel you are part of a local neighbourhood, then this is the place. It is also ideally located for the greener areas of the city, where everyone does all their exercise. If you want to be more central to the... More

I stayed overnight at this hotel, which is along a nice, tree-lined street in the Las Canitas neighborhood in Palermo, near the polo fields. There are only 5-6 rooms in this boutique hotel – I got Room IV with a small, sunny balcony that faced the main street. Décor has a modern feel, though things appear a bit worn. The... More

Stayed one short night before continuing on to Patagonia. Picked it due to close proximity to AEP for a VERY early morning flight. Staff was really helpful with offering suggestions of things to see in our short time. They have someone at the desk 24 hours a day which was great because we had to check out at 4 am... More

The location was okay with some restaurants in walking distance, the main disappointment for us was the room itself. Although it had air conditioning the bed and pillows were full stains and lots of hairs, it was if they had not been changed from the previous person that stayed To be fair after complaining they did sort of change it... The hotel is in a great location and the staff very professional and friendly. However, we booked our rooms online through Despegar.com and they were not available (despite email confirmation and holding the rooms via credit card) when we arrived and we had to go to another hotel (which they helped us locate). Apparently, there was miscommunication between the hotel... More

Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
