I recently stayed there and upgraded to a suite. The rooms are spacious but the decor is atrocious. The breakfast operation needs to be improved with better produce and more attention to cleanliness. It is well located but do not expect any nice views as it is surrounded by old buildings.

An older yet finely appointed hotel. Rooms have been updated and are very comfortable. The dinning room serves excellent food. No need to wonder out for Dinner. Within walking distance to other fine restaurants and shopping along Florida Avenue. All staff were VERY accommodating and eager to assist us in any way possible. I would stay here again if I... Excellent location but needs maintenance and refurbishment, the internet is free but it only works consistently in the lobby and business center. The breakfast included is the same every day and could be dramatically improve at no additional cost

It is best hotel I stayed in Buenos Aires. The best location nearby to shopping streets, many restaurants, bar. Professional and friendly front desk staff. The room is a bit small and internet sometimes cut off. We enjoyed very much to stay this hotel.

This hotel is terrible, internet is bad, everything is dated, mattresses look crazy I am afraid to sleep in the beds. The only reason it gets two stars is for the awesome location. You are right near train stations and Florida which is always poppin. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more, I bid on this hotel so... More

When the owners of the apartment at Malabia 2154 (a Palmero Soho loft/#247592 on an homeowners rental site) told us that the apartment wouldn't be available after we arrived in Buenos Aires and left us stranded, we were looking for places to stay. We ended up staying in Recoleta, but went to tea at the Claridge. The food, tea, and... More

Every year I spend some time in Buenos Aires and in the last six years I went several times to this Hotel in Buenos Aires. Each year the hotel lost a little more of its original class. Nowadays it has become a three star hotel. It's a pity because the hotel could be really good by investing some money in... More

I had the good fortune to spend 11 nights at the Claridge. From the minute we checked in the staff were excellent. The overall ambience is welcoming. The rooms are large and nicely furnished. The breakfast is filling and delicious. The bar area is large and well appointed with oversized chairs - perfect for a evening drink with friends. The... More

We stayed at the Claridge Hotel in Buenos Airs, Argentina before boarding our curise ship. the lobby was as pretty as its pictures, but the room we first got was a below standard room.. The staff was nice and friendly and offered to change our room which we did. Our new room was much better but not a 4 star... More

Hotel is just off Florida so has a strong location in central BA. Staff are friendly although when asked about the "madres" marching on Thursday they didn't know about it. Rooms were ok and good showers but only one pillow and the maid stole (borrowed) our flannels. Even on floor 11 didn't have a view. Pool was closed due to... More
