What a disgusting place this is. The rooms are noisy, dirty, and unkempt. The staff is unhelpful, inefficient, and nasty. DO NOT STAY HERE. More

The Abasto has seen better days. The beds and bedspeads need to be replaced . The decoration if you can call it that needs a major upgrade. Some of the staff are nice while others are totally conceited. Don't be fooled by the nice lobby it has nothing to do with the depressing rooms. An average hotel at an average... More

We spent only one night at this place. It`s nothing like the pictures on internet. We arrived late at night and left as soon as the sunrised!!! I read other reviews and can`t even imagine better rooms... Anyway, Baires is plenty of good deals hotels at much better areas. Wouldn`t recomend it! The room was very old, dirt and smelling... More

I was in this hotel for business by January this year. Room was spacious and comfortable but the room view was to next building roof. I couldn try the tango lessons offered on the hotel but seems to be there are many people that goes there to stay in a thematic room and learn to dance tango. Hotel has a... More

The building is good, the bedroom was big and clean. It's not well located, but it's near a metro station and the taxis are cheap. There is a good shopping mall in front of it. The problem is the staff. With few exceptions, they didn't give us the attention and help we needed. For example, I asked for a bottle... More

My mother and I were flying in a couple days early before our cruise and we were just looking for nice, inexpensive hotel to stay at. Imagine our surprise when we arrived, what a wonderful hotel, very clean, not at all what I expected. The staff are wonderful and very helpful, we wanted to take in a Tango show and... More

Stayed 5 nights at the end of December/2010 and begining of January/2011. Rooms: Stayed with my parents. Big and comfortable room with 2 queen size (?) beds. Air conditioning pretty good and good shower also. Matress a little too soft for my taste. Breakfast: Very good selection and good quality. Maybe the best thing about the hotel. Location: Really poor...... More

Abasto Hotel is a bit tired, the maintenance is not great and charging for internet access is a let down. But the bad side fits in this single sentence. On the other side, the rates were fair, the room was huge, the staff is nice, the breakfast is great, and the location, even not being very central is still very... More

Although the hotel is modern, I loved it. I had a huge bedroom on the 18th floor (for smokers) including terrace and a small space with two chairs, a table and lamps. For those who love whirpool, it has that also. I do not understand those things so I did not use it. The room was neat and so was... More
