Located in what I consider the most tranquil and interesting part of Palermo (5 minutes walking to the Bosques of Palermo and to Palermo subway station and about 10 minutes walking to the Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood). I reserved an apartment for two adults and two children and they gave me a very huge two bedroom apt with two... More

Good price. Convenient acess by car and walking. It is closed to subway Palermo Station, about 1,5 km. The apartment has living room (with kitchen) and bedroom, but antiquated. The spring-mattress is too soft. The shawer is over the bathtub. There is only one air-conditioning equipment for the two ambients, and this is not enough. The buffet breakfast was not... More

I was very satisfied with the hotel. Great location, clean, good attention and a fair price. The building is a little bit old but is in good condition. The rooms are quite big and have a kitchen attached to it. Would deff recommend it if you want to avoid eating out everyday and would like to do your own cooking.

Rooms: old, not clean Bathrooms: not clean (specially bathtub) Kitchen: old, need more utensils Breakfast: average I understand breakfast is to be eaten at the restaurant, but we wanted to take an apple to eat on our way to the metro and we were not allowed. In my opinion this is an unacceptable customer experience. I will definitely not come... More

The hotel was booked by the organizers of a medical congress. It is situated in Palermo, a lively neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants. The lobby made a welcoming impression and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. After exiting from the elevator you think you are in another hotel. The carpet on the stairs is partly... The good: 1. Location 1 minute from the convention center 2. Location, 3. Location The bad: 1. During some periods of times of the day, eg afternoons, there are no hot water for a shower. I left the water running a few times for over 10 minutes only to find the bathroom floor flooded, as the shower curtains are remote... More

old, tired, in need of a lot of attention. if you can stay here cheaply, for maybe two night max, then it could be acceptable. but if you can afford a little more, there are so many other better choices in Buenos Aires. Although this hotel is, technically, in Palermo .. it's not in the bit of Palermo you want... More

We chose this hotel for a one night stopover in BA because of its proximity to the domestic airport. The receptionist spoke excellent English and was very helpful. The room was spacious with a separate lounge and bedroom. The floors are hard faux parquetry. We had room 1001 and were awoken by somebody in the room above wearing heels, either... More

It´s the best option when travelling with kids. I stayed 4 nights with my husband and 3 kids. The apartment had 2 separate rooms, 2 bathrooms and a dinning room with a terrace. Windows have blinds which is great for the children´s safety. Location is excelent. Palermo is one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Buenos Aires. It has a... More

Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
