Terrible hotel in a great location. The hotel is very old and not well kept. We were 02 adults and 02 kids ( 01 and 03 years old ). They gave us a room that we had to climb 20 steps to get to the bed area. We found little pieces of glass around our room and the shower area... More

The hotel has all the basics breakfast, wifi, pool, etc. but be aware that all this services offered by the hotel aren't properly managed. The breakfast is not actually bad but if you take an apple that you haven't finished and you want to leave they won't let you. That's just rude. Not all the suites are in good shape,... More

Well, usually I don't like to give bad reviews, but this hotel isn't good. The room is old and looks so tired. The bathroom is quite bad and it's impossible to keep the floor dry when is taking a shower. Breakfast is very poor and the elevators are so tiny! The only 2 good things about this place: the comfy... More

This hotel checks all the boxes: pool, breakfast, gym, location, kitchenette, wifi. Sounds great, especially in Palermo. Lots of small issues that ruined it for us: shower curtain 7" too short, gym was useable, but basic (no towels or water), old water damage on floor and door, hotel is VERY dated (except lobby). I expected more for the price. We... More

This is an average hotel in an average neighborhood of Buenos Aires. It is located in Palermo but a bit off from Palermo Soho where you will find most of the restaurants and cafes. It is close (around 400m) to the main street where you can catch the metro downtown. All together it is decently located. The lobby is large... More

Absolutely awful experience. I booked a room here because it is very well located for US visa appointments and I am extremely disappointed. I was charged over u$s100 a night for a dirty, worn room and very poor service. To begin with, upon arrival, my room was completely dirty. There was dirt on the floor, hairs in the bathroom and... I must tell that my review is based on the price I paid for the room. The personal is very service minded. The room I stayed in was supposed to be a "Suite Superior" but furniture was, noisy and with a leak at the bathroom. Rooms definitely need to be renovated. Breakfast was good.

The decor of the foyer leads one to beleive that this is a very prestigious hotel, however the rooms could do with some rejuvenation. Having said this, the rooms were very spacious, beds were comfortable with all other amenities such as airconditioning and fridge. Front desk staff were also very accomodating.

I went on a school trip to visit Buenos Aires. The area, Palermo, was amazing. It was very pretty, and you could tell it was in the wealthier part of Buenos Aires. It was a block away from a huge park which was fun. The rooms were average, but we didn't spend much time in them anyway. The pool was... More

We enjoyed this hotel and loved our time in BA. Our double bedroom apartment was OK, it had a nice foyer and the breakfast was fine. With a long walk we could get to some really good restaurants (usually we would taxi there and walk home). The staff at reception were very helpful.

Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
