Nice hotel location. They now charge for the WIFI machines in the lobby. At one time they had free WIFI in the rooms. More

Good location, had small kitchenette and room with tv, staff spoke broken english, but enough to answer questions. rooms and hotel is older but rooms and beds were clean... Will use again when I visit next.... More

We use to go to this hotel several times a year. In our last visit, january 2012, we had to rooms with kitchnette. The beds needs renovation as well as the whole building. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast (included on the room rate) is average. We like the location, close to everything.. More

this is a slightly improved version of its twin hotel, arenales, just 2 quadras (apples) away. The room i had was spacious with its own kitchenette and living room. The marketing for this hotel is a little misleading, with its glossy photos. The reality is that the room was very small and the fittings were very much degraded. Everything including the lobby and lifts are in need of a major refit. The kitchenette was shabby, with very basic equipment, and the bathroom contained cracking porcelain and tumbling curtain rails.... More

The hotel is good overall, the breakfast was fine and the lobby actually pretty new and stylish. The location is not bad either: just a 5 minutes walk to Calle Florida and its metro station.
