The hotel is good, exactly like other Holiday Inn Express. The hotel personnel are serious and will care about you. Check in and check out can be slow in rush ours - usually at most 2 employees at front desk. And no express checkout, so make sure you have time before missing your flight... In general you will hear noise... More

Talk about quality service! We stayed at this hotel on the advice of our travel agent as we were returning from Antarctica and he said that often Ushuala, our airport point of departure from the National Geographic/Linblad ship could often be delayed to due weather. The good news is that it was not. The even better news is that we... More

No bottled water in the rooms. Was put on hold 10 minutes evening of check in... I hung up. Microwave oven in room doesn't work. Only decaf coffee with in room coffee maker. No English TV... not even CNN. 4 cardio machines in "gym" with a dinky sauna that doesn't work. Hoped to knock out my cold in the sauna.... More

We required an overnight transit stopover in Buenos Aires, and the Holiday Inn Express at Puerto Madero turned out to be an excellent choice. A very warm and friendly welcome when we arrived and the room was clean and comfortable. A basic but reasonable breakfast is included in the room cost, but no restaurant on the premises. A self serve... More

This hotel was clean with reasonable rates in a very good location close to Puerto Madero y Calle Florida. Easy Access from Avenida Alem which is right off Libertadores, a main avenue through Buenos Aires.

This hotel has a good location. Two blocks to the Puerto Madero restaurants and bars. It is walking distance to all the leather stores on Florida Street and Galerias Paciifico. Only a short taxi ride to most tourist sites. The staff is really good too. The breakfast was decent and our room was always clean. We would stay here again.

We stayed here and found the front desk staff great. I'm not giving it 5 stars though, as we had problems with our room and were charged the full amount on checkout, no apology or anything (it was so humid, we left with all of our clothes wet from the AC in the room). They said because we had the... More

It is at walking distance to a shopping area and restaurants. The hotel itself is not the classical Holiday Inn style. There is not parking in front of the hotel... check inn can become a problem. The lobby area is not that big,, Parking is not included... no bellboy services, no restaurant. Standard breakfast. Internet free.

This hotel feels like the guy your mom wanted you to date in high school - he's nice, practical, friendly, lives in a good neighborhood - but isn't the rich, flashy, popular guy. Very close walk to Puerto Madero, the mall and the central areas. The staff is friendly, the rooms are decent but not large, and the breakfast is... More
