The laundry nearly lost my clothes; the rooms doesn't have a minibar and the hotel covers separately a wi-fi service wich is simply as slow as a dial-up connection and repeately crashed. Spent a weekend in Holiday Inn with my husband. The best things in this hotel are the attencious and kind front desk and its location, on a walk distance from Puerto Madero and the downtown.
