Loved the hospitality and smiles at this hotel very helpful, its a new hotel very well decorated and location is great. Has a great breakfast and a good restaurant. Only thing I didn't like is that you pay wifi per day and by computer, so its like it seems cheap and really its expensive. The only place they have free... More

We recently stayed at Loi Suites Recoleta Hotel for 8 nights in March while we were there to visit our son who was living and studying in Buenos Aires. We chose the perfect hotel to meet our needs for a rather lengthy stay. The hotel clearly caters to English speaking guests. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. They offered... More

The hotel is located close to the Recoleta Mall and the Recoleta Cemetery; the City Sightseeing Bus Route is within 5 minutes walk - there are a lot of restaurants, bars and cafés close by which makes life very easy. The hotel offers all facilities what you need: a pool (more or less indoor, but not heated), spa facilities, a... More

Very good service and comfortable hotel. The breakfast is great and I had a complimentary upgrade for my return, which was nice. Good location and a very pleasant atmosphere. I will stay here again. Helpful staff.

Location was great as was the breakfast buffet. Lots of room which was nice Down side. I would prefer to have wifi in my room. It was inconvenient to go to the lobby to get on my device. This is not a cheep room, seems like you could just include wifi with the rate!!!

This was a last-minute check-in after we were disappointed with the apartment we had rented in a nearby area. The landlord recommended the LOI Suites. We'd been up for nearly 22 hours by the time we arrived. What a beautiful and restful property. Check-in went smoothly and we collapsed into our comfy bed. The bath was well appointed and there... Buenos Aires is a large city, very spread out, but we found the location very convenient for restaurants and key tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The elevators were ok but one of two was out of service and staff was no help confirming why it never arrived or why it was not working.... More

This hotel is located in a dangerous area in Buenos Aires. We got robbed of a watch at 7.00 pm around the corner of the hotel. The receptionist reacted very strange: these things happen here, I asked for a police station, when I was told that the police would do nothing and they will keep the watch if they find... More

Staying in Recoleta

Neighborhood Profile
Recoleta
Characterized by the French-style mansions which are the legacy of its aristocratic past, Recoleta is the true “Paris of the South.” Walking around this neighborhood is an experience like no other in Buenos Aires: its streets are lined with elegant apartment buildings, exclusive boutiques, and former mansions turned into high-end hotels and embassies, which exude an alluring air of sophistication and class. You'll also find a rich cultural scene centered on the National Museum of Fine Arts, the National Library, and the Recoleta Cultural Center; as well as some great shopping spots, like the Buenos Aires Design Mall with an artists' fair set up in Plaza Francia every weekend.
