Very nice business hotel, nice rooms with views. The internet connection was spotty at first, but after the first day has worked well. The gym is complete and the pool is either 20 or 25 meters if one prefers to swim laps.. Room service is standard but the hotel is located close to other great options in walking distance. The... Very nice hotel located in a great section of Buenos Aires. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent gym for a hotel with free weight, including a small squat rack, machines and cardio. Good food in the restaurant. Always felt very safe. Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The price was high but I would book it again.

The hotel is in an upscale part of the city which locals advised me was safer than other areas. Close 'safe' walk to lots of restaurants off property as well. The rooms are big with a separate walk in closet - nice feature - bathroom has tub and separate shower.

My trip started by being greeted at the hectic Ezeiza Airport after a long flight by a hotel driver with a sign. I was checked in during the trip to the hotel, brought straight to my room, enjoyed breakfast in the Executive Lounge, took a quick nap, showered, shaved and was on my way to meetings not far from the... A really nice business hotel, with large spacious rooms and an incredible general area. All hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. The concierge in particular we found really useful. As we were on our honeymoon, they even surprised us with a beautiful bottle of champagne. Only real downside was the lack of wifi in the room, but was available... More

If you're staying at a Hilton in BA, you should be doing so because of brand loyalty. There are plenty of other local options that are on par with Hilton and are likely much less expensive (they may even let you pay in cash / USD at Blue rates). If you're a business traveler with status though, Hilton is a... More

250$ room. No internet in the room. No breakfast. No even a single bottle of complimentary water. This is not a service of a 5 star hotel for 250 box. I cancelled straight after my 4 nights reservation and I booked another full service hotel, close to hilton, for 1/3 of the cost.

Our wonderful experience started prior to even arriving at the hotel. I emailed the hotel a week before our arrival to coordinate a car service from the airport to the hotel. I received a response within the hour and all the details to make the reservation. We had a change in our flight time the day of our arrival and... More

This is a nice hotel and well located in the Puerto Madero Neighborhood. As a Hilton's honor's member I was highly disapointed in the way staff treated me. With the exception of the spa members and executive floor check out desk agent, the members of the regular reception desk, bell boys and transportation desk make you feel they are doing... More

When we arrived at the hotel for checkin our room wasn't ready The front desk gave us a vouch for a drink from the coffee bar while we waited. The room was ready shortly after. Staying in Puerto Madero

Neighborhood Profile
Puerto Madero
From its refurbished red brick buildings and port cranes to its modern skyscrapers and luxurious apartment buildings, Puerto Madero is the perfect combination of old and new. The river provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic just blocks away. Across the river, flanked by skyscrapers, are beautiful parks and quiet streets that make this neighborhood a unique destination in a city as busy as Buenos Aires. The restaurants, bars, and nightclubs on the docks make it a prime spot for nights out and have come to symbolize this area. Puerto Madero is even more striking after dark, when the lights from the docks and skyscrapers glow against the night sky.
