Great two nights in hotel. Great location for the city and close to superb dining. I was surprised the hotel was so good because the rates are much better than the major US chains. Do not stay at this hotel. The area is covenient to PM but otherwise it is not an ideal location. As a tourist I did not feel safe walking at night and there was no where in the area to go for dinner, etc. My husband and I also had major room problems. NH is just ok. I had some potential bed bug issues. The location is not ideal, taxis are a problem. The staff is very aloof. But, the breakfast buffet is built into the room price and is nice. Best perhaps for business folks, not vacationers. Stay in Palermo !!!!! Trust me. more
