On arrival, the front desk staff couldn't have been more kind or helpful. We found that to prevail for the rest of our stay. Our room was immaculate and the housekeeping staff was open and friendly as well. The location is perfect for touring whether on foot, by subway or taxi.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Our room floor was dirty and the curtains have'nt been washed since first hunf and full of dust. I have to clean the floor myself. The room was dingy and dark. The light switch crackled when switched on indicating loose connection and fire hazard. Bedside light flickers even when switched off in the... More

Our flight was cancelled and United Airlines gave us a voucher for one night. Could not have chosen a better hotel other than it was a bit far from the airport. We choose the buffet dinner and breakfast. Both were excellent with lots of choices. Could have used a bit of an orientation as we missed the soft drinks completely.... More

I was at the hotel with my wife, for a long weekend (3 days). It was our first trip to Buenos Aires, so we chose it because of its location. The hotel is very near the Casa Rosada and the Plaza de Mayo. Obelisk, Corrientes, Puerto Madero are at a short walk from the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, as... More

Staff and breakfast are great. Rooms are fairly old and A/C unit and bathroom fan are extremely loud. Expected more for being a 5 star hotel. Price is fair if compared to others. Street renovation right in front of hotel undergoing at the moment.

Located in the historic district of Buenos Aires, the NH City Hotel is one of the oldest hotels in the city. It is half a block from the Plaza de Mayo and a half block from the National College of Buenos Aires, one of the best schools in Latinamerica. Sumptuous, excellent and clean rooms, the NH City Hotels is one... More

We stayed here for 1 night. The hotel is decent with big room for the price that we paid for a big city like Buenos Aires. However, I'm not sure if it's because it's a big city or the staff at the hotel, they were not that warm and friendly as most of the staff I've met at other places.... More

The hotel is not worth the money you spend and not even close to 4 stars. The rooms are more or less ok but for 4 stars you can expect more. The team is only barely talking English. If you sit at the bar you have to wait for ever or like in our cars will not get served. Room... More

We booked here for the last night of our honeymoon because we wanted somewhere a little classier. We ended up coming back to the city a day earlier so we added a night. They confused the two reservations on a number of occasions, tried to check us out a day earlier (by waking us up, twice!), the housekeepers took the... More

Modern hotel, professionally run. My "single" room was an enormous suite, quite plush actually. Slept very well, bed was comfortable, no noise or wi-fi problems. Even the tv had channels in English. Can't really complain about anything. As for security issues, well, Buenos Aires has security issues in general, nothing really the hotel can do anything about unfortunately.
