We heard about the good reputation of the NH City Hotel in Buenos Aires but after all I have to say that this was all wrong. I am from the tourism industry I know what it means to be a good and friendly hotel with a forthcoming service but this hotel has nothing to do with it. No “Welcome to... more

Stayed in NH City & Towers for two nights. I chose it because of a recommendation of one distinctive room. So i asked the hotel whether it is possible to reserve exactly this room, which they confirmed, At arrival this room wasn´t free. The confirmed rate wasn´t the rate - so it was 1.5times as expensive as confirmed before- which... more

I stayed 5 nights at this hotel to visit Buenos Aires. LOCATION: next to the Cabildo and Plaza de MAyo, that is, very central location and walking distance from most highlights of the city and Puerto Madero where you can have excellent food. You can get a remis at the airport that will cost you 90-100 pesos (20 euros). Taxis... more

If you want to enjoy your trip to BsAs, stay away from this place. In fact I was moved to this junk place, once the one I had booked had some problem. No service at all. Arriving wiht my wife and luggage , the doorman just looked, but no help. And there is only stairways to reach the loby. Check... more

This hotel is very centrally located in Buenos Aires (very close to Plaza de Mayo) and reasonably priced compared with the top luxury hotels (e.g. Four Seasons: USD 500-600 per night; NH: USD 200). Although this hotel is obviously not a Four Seasons, it was good value for money, overall. The relatively spacious rooms are decorated in a modern and... more

NH Hotel is a high volume hotel close to the city centre ..from the check in to the check out we were met with indifferent staff, below par food and a night club that blasts out dance music until 5 am on Fridays and Saturdays ! I changed rooms twice after the first one smelt of damp and the second... more

Very centrally located NH hotel with the great interior design found in all NH hotels. Competent staff. Great services. Definitely the right choice for a Bayres stay. more

Bottom line is that the hotel is nice and good value for its price. The location is not so good since it's in the business and government area, so at night it's a little dark and lonely, which makes it a bit uncomfortable. We had some problems during check-in, but they were solved by one of the managers, Luciano, which... more
