We have stayed at Malabia House twice, two years in a row. We had wonderful experiences there with the other guests - some of which we still stay in contact with, and the fabulous staff. The most welcoming place anywhere! Matius, Daniel the guard, Julia, and all the staff are wonderful. We loved our rooms, and enjoyed very much the... more

My husband and I stayed at The Malabia House on our first trip to Buenos Aires, Argentina in May 2008. We loved it! The energy of the place and the attention we got from the staff was just right! The location and the Palermo neighborhood was wonderful. Very close to the great park and convenient to trendy bars and restaurants.... more

I highly recommend this hotel. We had a beautiful room with high ceilings and a balcony. The bathroom was right outside the room, but it felt very private. Perfect location right in Palermo...lots of great shops and restaurants right in walking distance and easy to get to all other parts of the city from the hotel. The staff was very... more

We spent four night at this place and it was the bomb! Palarmo SoHo is a sassy neighborhood too. The staff organized the car shuttle from the airport, dinners, and a soccer game. Good times at 1555 Malabia House more

We booked this through Expedia based on reports on Trip Advisor. We stayed here four nights in late Feb, 2009, then one more night on our way back home three weeks later. There were other hotels more highly recommended, but there were no vacancies as we put this trip together on the fly with little advance planning time. We were... more

We stayed the last two nights of our trip to Argentina at Malabia House and walking in off the street we were greeted by a lovely gem of a hotel. The 'casa chorizo' style of the hotel was a real treat with natural light streaming in thru the ceiling. The airy and beautifully decorated salon was a welcome resting spot... more

The staff at Malabia House go out of their way to take care of everything for you while you are in Buenos Aires. Before arrival, they arranged car service from the airport and dinner reservations. Upon arrival, they booked tours, called taxis, and provided snacks and wine after a day of strolling the city. We did not need to lift... more

My wife and I stayed three nights at the 1555 Malabia House last month. After a thorough search on Trip Advisor, we chose this hotel because of the locaiton, amenities and service that everyone had spoken about. Everything good written about this hotel is true. Other than the rooms having a tiny shower and no elevator, the facilities were like... more

Stayed at Malabia House with an ex for a 5 days last winter. Great location, right in the heart of Palermo Viejo but the rooms were substandard with the bed not being the best of quality. Plus we had no bathroom in our room but had to go out in the hallway to use one. Overall the staff was great... more

We LOVED this hotel. Awesome location right in the heart of the buzziest area in town (although the hotel itself is very quiet). It has the most gorgeous atmosphere - someone has taken a lot trouble to select the beautiful artworks that are placed throughout. The rooms are very spacious and the staff are extremely friendly - and flexible as... more
