I had an average room (if you look at the main stairs on the picture, its door is at the ground level to the right from the main entrance). The furniture was quit old (not antique, just old, you can see it). The electricity socket was falling off. The room itself might need some fixing (door, wall, etc.). This applies... More

Ricardo and Lucas make you feel at home in this hotel, as they are friendly and helpful. they guide you to places in the area to go to. hotel is secured and the room is modest with modern bathroom, but not enough closet space, this is not a suite but a regular hotel room. free wifi and breakfast is minimal.... Boutique here means small, but intimate. We stayed in two rooms in "basement" - the first frightful small, then moved to larger and nicer room next door (this was room available for low-end Expedia booking). Friends had more palatial suites, rooms with jacuzzi, and second level deck - but they also paid twice as much! Close to Palais Rouge conference... More

I just stayed at the Aura Suites Hotel for 2 nights and I have to say that the whole stay was a nightmare. Actually I booked this hotel because of the very good comments from other guests and even the photos on the website are quite nice. So I booked it even if it was not the most economic one.... More

Stayed here for 4 nights and everything was great. The staff were really friendly and helpful whilst the room was very clean and comfortable. Doesn't look like much from the road but that's a good thing as it looks lovely when you come through the gate. Situated in Palermo it's a 10 minute walk to the D line subte and... More

We found this place by a discount webpage and got a great deal. Great atmosphere, really charming and fantastic service. 10min from restaurant areas, night places and transportation too. Tip: rooms downstairs are really quiet!

We found this place a couple of days before we stayed there and got a great deal. It's an adorable little place in Palermo with great, young international staff, a nice breakfast and cute rooms. We were upgraded to a suite, which was lovely. I would recommend this place. Plus, it's across the street from a supermarket!

I ended up staying here after the first hotel I booked informed me they only had a room for one night when I really needed two nights. I ended up at AURA suites and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was VERY nice and helpful. The main area of the hotel is beautiful, eclectic and comfortable. Really good free beakfast and... More

WiFi available all over the place with excellent signal strength and rather quick. the not so good... This is a small boutique hotel and as such it only has 8 rooms, 1 of which is for single use.
