Very basic hotel, everything is old but working. Rooms are clean, beds and shower ok, breakfast very simple, the staff helpfull but not overfriendly. We stayed here for two nights: when we arrived and when we left Buenos Aires. The first night was fine but the second night we got a room next to a generator wich was VERY noisy.... More

It's a good hotel for a few days stay in Buenos Aires to visit the city. This hotel is in a downtown Buenos Aires, very close to the 9 de Julio street and Florida street. (walking distance). Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for the money.

We went to Buenos Aires last May to do some shopping and stayed in this great hotel. It's in the middle of everything...just walking distances from almost everything. Breakfast was delicious and the service was great!

The hotel is OK and the prize is fair for what it offers, in the very center of Buenos Aires. Excellent location, but the entrance is in a pedestrian street. That means that you have to walk at least one block to get a taxi or to get picked up by a van (but usually you walk in Buenos AIres... More

One of the best hotels for the price range. Really nice location in the middle of Buenos Aires Downtown, near Florida st and Subway. No fear, make your reservation.

Disappointing. Located in a pedestrian street in BA's equivalent of London's Soho district so very noisy, dirty and, at times, full of slightly dubious people. Lots of police patrolling. Initially allocated room 411 which was dark and dingy, not especially clean (mould in bathroom and chewing gum in the wardrobe) and furnished with old and tired furniture. After the second... More

Very centrally located on the popular Lavalle street in the heart of Buenos Aires. The hotel gives a rather worn out impression. However the lobby is ok and rooms are small but clean. The breakfast buffet is not too exciting. Although one needs to take into account the reasonable roomrate. It is worth to mention that car/taxi cannot drive all... More

We were booked last minute into this hotel by our travel agency after our flight was cancelled. It's in a very central location and can be loud outside (we were lucky it was a 'slow' Sunday evening and being jetlagged they could have had vuvuzelas playing outside for all we cared at that point, we were just thankful to be... We stayed here for just two nights after arriving in Argentina on a long flight. The hotel is well located in the centre of Buenos Aires, and although its on a pedestrianised shopping street, the taxi was able to drop us off just around the corner, just a few meters from the hotel entrance. There are two small lifts, so... More

The hotel is a little old. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My room had a big bed. The friobar has always good stuff. It had a security box. The bathrrom was always clean, and there was always hot water. I liked the breakfast (which was included). It had a variety of things. About the location, let's say that I... More
