This is a very good hotel, a little bit expensive, but has an interesting localization. The service is very good. The employees are friendly and always trying to help you when necessary. The breakfast could be better, it is just regular, with the price we pay, this could be better. Usually my bedroom is faced to the avenue, and many... More

Well overpriced compared to other similar quality 4 star hotels in buenso aires. Try to take advantage with excessive charges for mini bar, breakfast, wi fi , etc. Frankly, paid wifi in a 4 star hotel is unacceptable. and the speed is mediocre and not really good enough for VOIP and ocnference calls. So a no no for business travel.... More

I only stayed here for 2 days and one night but I have stayed in other places in BA before so I think the Emperador is one of the better ones. It is convenient, within walking distance of sights, shops, restaurants and bars. The area is pretty safe and the rooms a suite-like in size and layout. The health club... More

Stayed here twice already. Breakfast is charged extra but to die for. Love the small and pleasantly warm swimming pool. Beds are the most confortable ever. Negotiate taxi fares to airport, when you are foreign they charge more!

This hotel is quite a nice older hotel and I was given an upgrade to a nice little corner suite. The room was generally up to date and the bed good. The service was mixed. Some good, some poor. the breakfast included was just a buffet and not too impressive. I would stay again but not as my first choice.

Not much to say about this hotel when it comes to its class: everything you want on the luxury-level is here. Well...roomservice is great among more... No, its the people. The staff, the porters, the people serving you their delicious ommelette (im talking about a really good ommelette here). These people, they make you feel home here. Luxury is boring... More

I am writing this to show my experience and help people in their decision to stay in this hotel! I stayed in this hotel for 1 week. It was a totally ripped off. I was expecting good customer service and hotel facilities and just the opposite happened. Firstly I had to pay for the wifi every day and the connection... More

Stayed here many times. The staff gets to know you and knows just how much Spanish you can handle. The breakfast is a real treat. Love the location and the basement pool is a hoot. Just down the street is a disco grocery store so you can stock up on snacks and not have to pay the high charges noted... More

A pleasant enough hotel and we were pleased when we arrived and saw a coffee maker in the room. BUT this was part of the mini-bar and to make your own coffee was about $US 4.25. This may have coloured our views. Internet was available at $US 8 per day. Bottled water another $US 6.25. Our room had a shower... More

I stayed the first week of May in this hotel as part of a group of 22 young professionals visiting from Canada. One week after my departure, I received an absurd $290 CAD charge on my credit card. When I inquired about it, I was told that two towels were missing from my room. Of course this was not true... More
