Hotel was nice, i would say it has to be for the price you pay! but when turns to food, it is to expensive to eat there and it is not that good, we ate lunch and dinner there and it was almost the same. Nice rooms, it is near some sightseengs and you can take a taxi there since... more

Spent two nights at the hotel. I was very impressed upon entering the property. However, when we arrived at our room on the 16th floor, we had 2 twin beds. I went down to the registration desk and spoke to a young lady. She told me there was nothing she could do at that time, but to check back in... more

Accommodation good, expensive water. Good b/fasts. Take teabags from the dining room. Only hot water available free in room. Reception SLOW. Early arrivals must wait until after lunch for access to rooms. Note: Reception is not well informed about local attractions. One member of our party was told that the Railway Museum over the road had been closed for 5... more

First of all, we were supposed to have a queen bed, instead we were given a double with a handicap bathroom. No iron in the room, we asked the front desk for one, and were informed that they didn't have any, we asked if they had a laundry service, and were told that they had none (We later found out... more

Large clean rooms. Good buffet breakfast. Reception staff helpfull. Very near to good retaurants for lunch / evening meals. I am sure all the meals at the hotel were good but we ate out to explore the surrounding area. We are going back again in their summer. more

We spent one night in the Emperador. It lived up to its 5 star rating and was in a great location for some downtown shopping on our only afternoon in this city. Had lunch and dinner in the restaurant and both were of a high standard. more

I stayed at this hotel in October. The hotel as such is fine, the rooms are large. BUT, as several reviews below have warned, the service is pretty bad. Things one asks for never show up, and the check in and check out are extremely slow, even by Latin American standards. Rudeness is a common problem, and other hotels in... more

The hotel is close to shopping, night life, great restaurants and Puerto Madero (the new upcoming fancy port of BA with a lot of bars and restaurants). The rooms are clean and big for being a city hotel. The staff is friendly, a bit slow service in the lobby bar and you eat better breakfast out in the city than... more

Located close to the Railway and the Port. Rooms were large and clean. Bathroom was spotless. Bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold foods and fresh fruit although the coffee was slow to arrive and not very hot unless you went to the self serve. Drink prices in the bar were reasonable... more
