The hotel and rooms are ok and have ample. I've stayed in single timeshare units that were smaller than this. The furnishings are dated, and linens and bedclothes need refreshing. Staff has been very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good. There is a Starbucks across the street if you need your fix like we do.

We stayed 3 nights, we were 7 friends in 2 bedrooms. It was clean, the rooms were big and they had kind of a kitchen, the beds were big and comfortable, but mine was a small trundle bed and the mattress was tight. The breakfast is nice and the location is very convenient.

The hotel itself was OK. The rooms were OK. The location is great. But... On arrival, at 2:00 am, the reception demanded payment in cash (even though we had booked 9 days and supplied my credit-card). Luckily I was warned for this. The reason they do this is: Customers arriving late usually come from the airport and have only U$,... More

The hotel is OK. Location OK. Services OK. But... We (the wife and I) had a 9 day reservation, guaranteed by my credit-card, and after 2 nights they wanted us to leave because there was an other reservation for the room. I simply told them that i had a written reservation for 9 days and we would not leave. (And... More

The rooms are a little old looking and need to be updated but clean and comfortable!!! The plus it that this is in central location in Buenos Aires!!! You can walk to almost everything!!!!!!!! Great morning breakfast and the hotel staff is helpful!! Our maid service was excellent and gave us more pillows right away!!!!!!!!

This is a tourist-class hotel for locals. US travelers used to, say, the Hampton Inn standard, would not appreciate this not fresh, not appealing place. An unsmiling staff does not help. Location is terrible: it IS next to the Obelisco where the street demonstrations rally but the area is like the old grungy Times Square. We also heard not safe.

I was sent to this hotel with my friend when Aerolieneas Argentina flew late and we missed out next flight. It is right in the center of things and AA has some agreement with them as they had the whole drill down on getting us into beds and out at 3:30 am for next flight. The staff is friendly and... More

I has not (even closely) the features to qualify for a four stars. Not a gym, not a pool, not a buiseness center. Big rooms but only the bathroom has been upgraded. The rest is '80 styled with old furniture and a tube tv. The common areas are rough. But the staff is friendly, the breakfast is decent and the... More

I would recommend two things before staying here, check your attitude and check the rooms. The staff if you take a moment to chat and be interested in them will treat you accordingly and give you a newly refurbished chic room and will help you have a terrific time going to see whatever your heart desires. The hotel is Half good... More

I chose this hotel because it was advertised as in the center of everything. Well something that's not a good thing when it is in the center of crowded sidewalks, the worst traffic anywhere and a long walk to what you came to see. The reception was rude, the room was shabby and the price just wasn't worth hit. Cheap... More
