I do not understand why this hotel has such a good rating on Trip Advisor. I spent a week there (from Christmas Day to New Year day) and to me everything about this hotel was 'just barely OK' but nothing more. Clearness. The carpet is dirty. The bathroom needs some renovation, too. Everything else is OK. Service. Mostly good altough... More

It was the only hotel available at the time because of an event held in Buenos Aires. The lobby of the hotel was very nice, but little did we know, we were fooled but its outer appearance. The service was not good at all, we had booked 3 rooms (2 rooms for 3 people and one room for 2), and... More

The location is excellent, you can walk around and get easy subway to other destinations. The staff is excellent! We have been there for 4 nights in the room (junior suite). Its large with 2 double beds and a sofa bed, but it has carpet (old) and the bahroom needs an upgrade. It could have a microwave for families with... More

Stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. Big, clean, modern guest rooms. Very professional personnel. Good Continental Breakfast. But the best of all is the price and the location, just some blocks away from 9 de julio avenue and Recoleta. Nice neighborhood. More

The hotel entrance gives a hint of great things to come but the reality is that the rooms have seen better days. It was perfectly reasonable but it is definitely in the mid range. In hindsight, I might move up 50% in price in another hotel. More

My husband and I just returned from Buenos Aires and the Hotel Dolmen. The big warning we give is watch out- this place is NOISY! It is constructed in 12 floors with an open floor plan and lots of marble, so you can hear every door open and close all night...and it sounds like the doors are slamming. We stayed... More

Unglad to say that this Hotel was not OK for me. Specially when travelling for business when I ask for more. The staff from reception was not friendly at all and it seems that if you ask for something they do it as an special favour not as a real and genuine service. Besides you wont be able to sleep... We stayed in the Dolmen for four nights before our cruise. A friend recommended it and we were not disapointed. The room was quiet, comfortable, and immaculate. The buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious. But the most outstanding feature was the staff, helpful and friendly. We arrived early after an overnight flight and were quickly installed in our room. My... More
